My husband placed an online order to surprise me with lunch, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. When he arrived to pick up our order, he waited about 25 minutes before anyone even started making the subs. Because of the delay, I didn’t get lunch as planned.

He later spoke with the manager, Chloe, who did remake the sandwiches and even included two cookies as compensation, which we appreciated. However, when we finally got home, both subs were still incorrect — the bread wasn’t toasted even though that was clearly listed on the receipt and the order ticket. The overall quality looked rushed, and it was frustrating after everything that had already happened.

When I asked for a copy of the receipt, Chloe seemed irritated and said it would “take awhile” because she had to sort through old receipts. A customer walked in during this time, and she told him she had to finish dealing with us first because she needed to remake our order — which was uncomfortable and unnecessary.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing from start to finish. We really hope the store improves its communication, timeliness, and attention to detail for future customers.

Regularly out of wheat bread. Randomly close the drive thru. No customer service.
Today pulled up around 5pm and sat at the speaker for a couple minutes without being acknowledged. Tried calling the store with no answer. Pulled up to the window and sat there for a minute before someone saw me, and I was told that the drive-thru was closed. When I pulled out and left, I saw that the drive-thru sign was on and stating it was open.

Well, first of all, they don’t speak English. And that’s funny, because placing an order requires communication.

And second, this isn’t India. You can’t just go pulling a cellphone out of your pocket and placing it on the cutting board.

Stalest bread I’ve ever had at subway, hard as a rock. Playing loud intolerable music, Not being “clean”, guy who was making sandwiches as he would lean over would have his shirt submerged into our subs, gross.

Customer service here is very poor and unprofessional and disgusting. Went through their drive thru and told them what I wanted. The guy even said what I wanted on my sub back to me to confirm which was buffalo chicken. Get home and whole sub is wrong. Not the first time either been through the drive thru here 15-20 within the last 3 months and same problem every time. Went through today and they messed it up called back to let them know and get my sub redone or a free sub since I spent money on this and instead the lady on the phone argued with me and wouldn’t give me the store manager number or details at all. How convenient! Then even demanded for the sub back after I touched it or else there was nothing she was gonna do for me even after she had asked me what did I want her to do with an attitude. Last I checked that’s against health code and cross contamination. It’s disgusting. Highly advised don’t go here. You will be wasting your time and hard earned money.

Waited at the speaker for a few minutes and when they finally did start speaking it was “can I help you?” in a super nasty and annoyed tone. I should have driven away at that point, but the whole ordering experience was awful.

The bread was very stale and the ingredients on our subs were completely wrong. I’m not sure how you mess up a turkey sub with mayo and light lettuce, but they did.

Literally never going to this location again. Any other sub shop in there area will get my business over them.

Not happy. I picked up an online order never asked for extra sauce just regular there was so much sauce on my italian blt that i had to sit and scrap it off and couldnt even eat it because it was just soaked in honey mustard and mayo. Someone needs to learn how much sauce needs to be on these because this was disgusting. The meatball mariania also had barely any sauce so complete opposite. I sent in a complaint because this is just disgusting

I placed my order online and when I arrived at the store I thought it would be at least almost done since it had been a bit since I ordered it. I walk in, There’s no other customers. There’s 2 girls behind the counter. Neither one of them say a word to me, so I sit down and wait. They’re standing there talking not doing anything at all. One of them is eating something. A few minutes go by and I see one of them grab a receipt and start making subs. Turns out it’s my order! So you mean to tell me you were just standing there doing nothing for who knows how long before I got there and then continued to do nothing while I was waiting on my order and also not greet or even acknowledge I’m in the store? Just ridiculous and a clear indication of pure laziness. AND to top it off they made one of the subs completely wrong and I had to go back to get it remade and when I went back to tell her it was wrong she told me it wasn’t so I had to point at the receipt and say yes it is. It states right here what kind of bread and that’s not how you made it. Won’t go back to this one.

I sat in the delivery Lane for over 10 minutes with no one coming to the window I even pulled up to the window as I am on crutches and I thought that drive-thru would be a good experience for me but to my dismay there seems to be no one working and then I called and called and no one is answering but yeah all their lights on and they are customers in and out of the building I would not recommend this drive-thru to anyone
