Was asked to pull forward to wait on one of the two meals. 8 minutes later the girl comes out with only one meal and walks off, and seemed annoyed when I asked for my other meal.
Once I opened it it looked like a toddler played with the frys and the sandwich is a soaked in ranch piece of chicken with smashed bread, but silly me to think it would have been anything different.

Currently 9 months pregnant I placed a curbside pick up order so I did not have to wait in the drive thru I figured it would be quicker. I placed the order when I left my home and it said it would be ready by 1:47PM. I pulled in and parked at the curbside pick up at 1:45 and marked that I was there in the app. 20 minutes go by and I haven’t received my order. I call them and made sure that they had my online order for curbside pickup and the employee I spoke to said they had it and I said okay I just wanted to make sure. I then proceeded to wait another 10 minutes because I thought maybe they were low staff but I watched cars come and go through the drive through. I decided to go inside and I go up to the counter and I said I had a curbside pick up and she pointed to the mobile order station and she said it’s over there. I said yeah well it was supposed to be for curbside pick up “my app and my order even said so I double checked” the food was cold and anit no telling how long I would have sat there if I didn’t end up going in.

Latisha was so friendly and helpful. She took our order, brought it to us and included an extra plate as we were sharing an order of loaded fries. She informed us of the app and how to get points. Great server!!

Our favorite Zaxbys location. Staff is always super friendly and because we go just about every week they know our our order and names. It has been a joy getting to know Brenda since her arrival to this Zaxby’s locating. Marcus and his team provided community events and overall pleasant experience every time.

I prefer to go inside of Zaxby’s instead of waiting in the drive thru line. It has been a year or so since the last time I’ve been to Zaxby’s due to the poor customer service received previously, this time was much better.

Had a traditional wings meal with a large fries. Barely got any fries and they were soggy. This location used to be good but idk what’s up with them now. Not only was the food disappointing I had a curbside pickup, waited outside for a solid 35 minutes and had to go inside to get my food.

Everytime I come in, Jayla & Belisse and brenda are always welcoming to me and I always leave satisfied and welcomed. However they can put more food in their portions in their meals.
