Had a great experience at Papa John’s recently. The service was fast and very friendly from the moment we walked in. We ordered in person and were told it would be about 20 minutes, which honestly isn’t bad at all for a busy Saturday night.
We ordered three large pizzas along with breadsticks. The Philly Cheesesteak pizza and the classic Pepperoni were both really good. Everything came out hot, fresh, and tasted great. The breadsticks were also a nice addition and paired perfectly with the meal.
Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience with quick service and tasty food. Definitely a solid choice when you’re craving pizza.

Have always loved Papa John’s Pizza. It never disappoints. This location too lived upto the standards. Right from person taking our order to the person handing the order for carry out.

Pizza came half cut. Paid for a tip through the website and the driver wanted another tip added on. When I didnt add one, as I already paid the tip and it already went through my bank account, he gave me a dirty look and half-ass handed the pizza over. Done with papa johns

I ordered because of the collaboration between my children’s school. The first delivery didn’t show up. I called. REBECCA answered the phone and when I tell you that she legit told me that her managers refused to talk to me nor could they do anything more than what she was doing, it was literally grace that Lex (the shift) overheard her and got on the phone. If I EVER had someone with an attitude so rude and nasty as she was on any team I’ve ever run, she wouldn’t have a job by the end of the night. I actually feel bad for her coworkers. Then she had the audacity to try to defend the delivery dude because “I know him.” WHAT??? If you know him then find out where my food is and try smiling. She really pissed me off. She gives people in service positions a terrible name. Rebecca is EXACTLY the type of person you don’t want running your business and most certainly not the face your customers should have to deal with. In the meantime, I’ll be letting the school know that we need to partner with companies that exhibits the values we cherish. How hard is it to be kind Rebecca? Papa John’s on Bay Area Blvd. Is no place to spend your money with her running around. Try Marcos

This papa Johns is horrible. I ordered a Italian sausage, bacon, mushroom pizza and the first thing they delivered a Italian sausage, onion, mushroom pizza. I don’t eat raw onions, never have, never will, the crunch of the raw onion disgusts me. So I call back and supposedly they’re correcting my order & sending a new one out. So when the new order gets here it’s just pepperoni. I didn’t ask for that and I don’t like pepperoni because it’s greasy and isn’t what I ordered. I didn’t even call back for the 3rd time because if they couldn’t get the order right the first 2 times, i have no confidence they’ll get it right the 3rd time & I don’t want my food contaminated. I’ve lived in the area for 14 months & this is my first & last time ordering. I planned on ordering from Domino’s today but didn’t because they removed one of my favorite items & i decided to try Papa Johns which was a big mistake. So after the second messed up order i called back 5x to get a refund and got hung up on every time. So i take the pizzas and wings back up to papa johns(15 minute drive) & tell lex i want a refund. For whatever reason she tries to remake the pizzas again and i tell her NO, I WANT A REFUND. So she says because she processed the order as remake she doesn’t have the ability to issue a refund & gives me Branden’s number who she says is the GM & owner. I called Branden & of course he doesn’t answer. So lex says he’ll be there tomorrow so after I’m done handling my business tomorrow i’ll be back up there & will update my reviews
Update: Branden issued me a cash refund the next day. I think it’s safer to just order from uber eats or DoorDash. I know the drivers aren’t vetted, but I’ve never had this bad of a delivery experience with either of those services. Sure my order might not be accurate, but at least i usually receive an instant credit & don’t have to drive back to the restaurant to get it

You’ve got to get a manager in this place. When customers come in they can’t be told to wait so you can put stickers on the boxes and after the pizza is ready the employee doesn’t get it for the customer waiting, they just continue to put stickers on. The place is nasty. You also need to sync up the app that says the pizza is ready with the actual time of readiness. Who manages this place?

This is the worst Papa Johns we’ve ever ordered pizza from. They are extremely stingy with any toppings. It seems all you get is crust and cheese. And it’s pretty expensive when that’s all you get.

Don’t order delivery, pizza came slid over to one side and soda was room temp. Pre tipped so I guess he figured he didn’t have to care

My pizzas were exactly what I ordered. Great taste! The delivery girl was very nice and handled my order with care! If I could, I’d go back and give her a bigger tip!

This is a very disappointing Papa John’s. I had ordered an Ultimate Pepperoni Pizza, I get regular pepperoni. Then I order bread sticks, then I get flavorless, unseasoned, gross, and depressing ones. Not ONE ounce of seasoning or even any oil or anything in there. Just straight bread. How does one manage to do that? Disgusting. Then, I ordered an 8pc of Buffalo Boneless Wings, and I receive them as bone in. The only thing they got right was my two liter of Mountain Dew, which I wouldn’t be surprised was messed up somehow as well. This is so disappointing especially as the grand total was $60. A waste of money and time. If you can’t make an order right, don’t make one at all then. Either the workers need to go through better training, or the place should be shut down. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience with this particular one. Do better.
