Ivandra displayed unprofessional and discourteous behavior that reflects a serious lack of customer service. After placing my order through the ordering screen, I waited in line without receiving any response. Upon reaching the service window, she refused to take my order and stated that she would contact the police, despite the fact that I was calm, respectful, and posed no threat whatsoever. When I requested to speak with another manager, she informed me that she was the only manager available. This experience represents a significant failure in customer service, and conduct of this nature negatively impacts the reputation and success of this McDonald’s location.

this mcdonald’s has the most DISRESPECTFUL employees ever. I hope Silvy isn’t a manager, cause if so she is TERRIBLE and isn’t professional in the slightest. I ordered at the kiosk, forgetting that the person i’m ordering for had an FOOD ALLERGY . I apologized for the mistake and just asked to have the burgers remade without mustard and pickles. SILVY WAS TOLD to just remake it but she was rude about it. She said it’s already made, i reminded her about the allergy & she said “well you should’ve ordered it without it”. She went to go make it, i was waiting with my friend, silvy then shouts “oh if you have something to say then you can say it to me” I then got VERY upset bc i wasn’t even speaking to or about her; if you’re already remaking it what are you still being argumentative with me?? she then said she’s gonna refund me. We ordered inside, we didn’t even even leave the lobby with the food, we didn’t touch nothing. And it’s in their policy to give me what i asked for . SILVY WILL BE DEALT WITH.

If you ever want to use your mobile app at the drive-thru, don’t. Every time I tried to use the mobile app to redeem items they never go through. This was not the first time this has happened but it will be my last. Will not be going back.

Waited in a long line at the drive through for 20 minutes. Then finally got to the window and cashier told me my total was $9 for a happy meal. I questioned it and she had me repeat my order. I told her I ordered a cheeseburger happy meal. She looked confused and walked away. Then comes back questioning if I placed my order at the window and asks me if someone took my order. I said yes of course someone took my order. She walks away again… I’m super aggravated at this point. She then comes back and asks if we wouldn’t mind coming inside for what reason I don’t know. I told her to forget it and I left. Horrible experience.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been ordered from .
Unprofessional, they rather talk with each other for hours then take customers orders whenever they feel like it, gets order wrong multiple times even after asking to fix it, gives 1 sauce packet for 2 mchicken meal deals, complains and acts like the price for sauce is coming out of they’re pay check when asking for a couple more.

This location closing at 11 PM but they locked the main door before 10 PM, I ordered online thru the Mcdonald app for pickup and I had to do drive thru. All the workers in the restaurant saw me in the car and they just ignored me, they were playing, laughing and completely ignored me. Please at least put the sign outside the door or something, All the delivery drivers waiting outside for the foods too.

Had a DoorDash order to pick up. Went in on time and waited patiently. NO ONE comes to see what you need. The girls are arguing with each other in creole saying they don’t want to make peoples orders even when they are waiting 20 or more minutes. They refuse to work and talk crap in creole bc they think no one understands them. Horrible customer service. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK .

If you have an error with an online order, the phone number they provide does not answer at all. It’s Sunset immediately to a out of order phone number (rings once then says this number is not available). Terrible business practices.
