Horrible service. I placed an online order and came inside at the time it said it would be ready. A worker asked for my name to make the sure the order was coming out, went back to chit chat with her friends and never went back to check. Apparently the order was already ready and just sitting there for idk how long. It should not have taken that long when there was no one else there. Not to mention, i heard one of the workers say a customer forgot something and they didn’t care to let him know, they said “it’s fine he’ll have to come back” instead of going outside a few feet a way to let him know. The food is alright, could be better for the price. Service needs a lot of work. Do better.

We recently visited after finishing up at the outside market on 8/21 and placed an order for 25 bone-in wings at around 9 pm. We clearly communicated that we wanted bone-in wings, but we received boneless wings instead. We were disappointed because neither of us likes boneless wings, and there wasn’t an offer to make it right.
We understand mistakes happen, but we were craving the wings the way we ordered them and left feeling unsatisfied. We don’t think we’ll be returning at this time.

True Nightmare
Come here often with my family they really have the best Blue Cheese dressing in town! The wings and strips are always really good as well.
Only gripe I have is whoever answers the phone barely speaks English so it’s tough if you gotta call about online orders and don’t speak Spanish
And apparently if you order online, you cannot get the daily deals, so that’s fun. In Spanish: “There’s no button for that.”
It really sucked because on this particular day I was looking forward to the double strip deal so I called ahead, and whoever was answering the phones that day, (answering in Spanish btw) I simply asked them does the daily deal with the strips include the combo. Which they answered “if it’s the strips then yes, it should double them.” So I went ahead and did an online order ahead of time so they’d have 10-30 mins to complete the order. Only to find out that no, they don’t honor the weekly specials online even though the person who answered (from the location I was ordering from) assured me that it should double the strips.

For a new location great step up. Very clean staff very friendly easy to talk with. Wings were good less grease in the bottom of the plate so that’s a plus on my end. Fries were very crunchy and good and the chips were good! Highly recommend to stop by!

It was good. Boneless wings were a little bit on the dry side. Fries were spot on delicious. The 1/2 & 1/2 sweet tea and lemonade was great. Atmosphere was good.
