I really wish they had zero stars to give. We waited over 40 minutes for our food. They ignored us when we first walked in. Nobody is watching the front of the store. When I was finally acknowledged they said they were working on it, mind you we’d been waiting 20 minutes already. Another 20 minutes goes by and they said they were frying our chicken. We watched a family come in, order, eat, and LEAVE before we even got our food and we had placed our order before they even walked in the store. Our order was 8 pieces of chicken, mashed potatoes, coleslaw, and a ten piece so I think over 40 minutes is an excessive wait time and being blatantly ignored. I won’t be back! Don’t recommend you wasting your time or money!

Ordered 12 piece fried chicken family pack and it was fixed at 6pm in less than 10 minutes! I was very pleased with staff kindness, smiles, manners, and fast food. The atmosphere is cool for this 90 degree day, could use some music, but overall a nice restaurant. Very clean floors. Tea containers had recently been filled. Ice machine is at least half filled. Tasty, addicting chicken & mashed potatoes!

In Kosciusko, MS, the food is good but the service is “automatic” with no sincerity or friendliness. The general atmosphere is rather “seedy” with a terribly broken up drive through! We thought our car was going to bottom out in it!

Went to KFC and I ordered my food. By the time I made it to the first window, I had to repeat my order to the person in the window because she was on the phone. Paid for my food and by the time I made it to the second window, my whole order was wrong. I explained it to the older woman in the window that I had a large Sierra Mist. She decided to let me know that she was going to give me a large one this time but next time it would be $.30 extra. Like I told her, I don’t have a problem paying the $.30 and gave it to her. Apparently, that was what I had ordered. I don’t drink Pepsi and don’t like Pepsi. Upon inspecting my food, they gave me the wrong side. I told her what side I had. And also told her that the young lady is on the phone and did not take my order correctly. I explained to her that I had to give my order over again to the young lady in the first window. But fast food employees want a $15 minimum wage increase but yet, treat customers like this.

Ordered from the Taco Bell menu. I ordered same thing I’ve been getting for 20 years…#5 with soda and a ‘bean burrito-no onions-with sour cream! I still have to feed my old craving of Taco Bell from time to time, but it’s not quite the same as it used to be as far as taste and quality made and prices have become ridiculous.

It took forever to get through the drive thru. Then: the chicken was not fully cooked. Ordered slaw. Did not get it. Got gravy. Did NOT order. No utensils. My dog enjoyed it. I wont be back.

I made my order at the drive thru; a 20 dollar pan if Cole slaw and a $5 fill up. The young girl at the window that handed me my order was not pleasant. She handed me the pan of Cole slaw with plastic wrap on it but it wasn’t staying on. When she handed it out the window the plastic was flying off and I ask her did she have any aluminum foil to cover it she said no so I just looked at her n she took it back and put foil on it but it was not covered good so i took it. She had such a nasty attitude when she closed the window she slammed it very hard. I turned and looked at her and told my daughter in law that this girl is so disrespectful she don’t need to work the window. It was also what appeared to be a manager that walk up but she didn’t say a word to the girl both of them were laughing and when I look at them they stopped laughing and turned their heads. Not once was I impolite all I asked for was a piece of foil to cover the Cole slaw. I will not go back to this KFC establishment again. Managers should take pride in their jobs and not let things go on like this and laugh with their employees. She should have ask the girl to let her wait on me and talk to the girl later on about her attitude.
