Let me begin by saying that this is some of the finest ice cream I’ve ever tasted. The customer service is outstanding!! We entered with just 18 minutes left before closing time. And let’s face it, we all know how people can be when they’re about to clock out. However, that was not the case for the two wonderful ladies who greeted us inside. “Key” was one of them. She assisted us in making our choices and shared the delightful story of crispy cones. She had the brightest smile on her face. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch the name of the other lady, but she was equally fantastic.
Now, let’s talk about the ice cream…. And this comes from someone who has enjoyed homemade ice cream her entire life. It’s tough for me to appreciate any other kind of ice cream. This one is a close second.
You know how sometimes after having ice cream, you can feel a bit queasy? Well, we didn’t experience that at all after indulging in this ice cream.
We chose the crispy dough ice cream and each crafted our own unique creation. I had cookie butter mixed with cookie dough, biscoff, strawberry, and a drizzle of nutella. We also got a drink for just $22. That’s quite reasonable compared to other places that aren’t even half as good and don’t leave you feeling great afterwards.
100/10 rating…We will most definitely come back.

I want to start by saying it was pretty good. It’s worth a try for sure. We tried their flavor of the week, the Cookie Monster. However, I’m giving it 3 stars because of a few things. 1) it’s ridiculously sweet. Too sweet for me. 2) it’s expensive. $9 for a soft serve cone served in a soft pastry cone made on-site (which saves money) seems excessive. And 3) the kiosk based system that eliminates the need for the business to pay someone to take your order wasn’t intuitive and automatically tried to add a 25% tip onto my $20 order (2 cones). It wasn’t obvious this was already being added and I only realized it when I made a custom tip of $2 and my order total went down. I am tired of businesses expecting me to subsidize their workers through tips when I’m already paying a premium. Why does counter service deserve a tip?

Wow! So worth the hype! I actually had no idea this was on shark tank either! Really wanted ice cream and I saw this place I had been wanting to try. It literally is a perfect soft serve ice cream on top of a warm cinnamon and sugar like dough but wait there’s more!!!! Nutella filled inside and I added strawberries and cookie dough bites! You can always add different toppings or inside sauce too! My husband and I went there and we can’t wait to go back. The customer service was really great as they helped make the decision easier!

Matthew, the Icecream Artist was very friendly and offered samples of flavors. Presentation was impressive however it is very messy (which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5). This business was given a deal on shark tank. They should advertise more. This location has been open since February and we only heard of it by recommendation.

We’ve eaten ice cream across the whole US and are in agreement that this was one of our faves! Not only did they graciously serve us at closing time, the dessert was outstanding. It was fun to each customize our own! The owner didn’t rush us, even letting my picky child try the cookie butter before committing (he loved it!) They were super friendly and the shop was pristine, even after what I could imagine was a busy Sunday. Great variety of toppings/sauces, good size portions, easy parking.

Sadly I was given an attitude since ordering. Later I asked about no Nutella spread on my cone and again perceived an attitude.. and well you tell me if you see anything in the picture? End of night I just threw it away (I took it apart looking for it) and left. She offered a couple of free ones but at that point it just wasn’t worth prolonging an unpleasant time there. Just my experience, not planning on coming back though.

This was our first time visiting, and we’ll definitely be back! A friendly staff member took the time to explain how everything worked, which made ordering easy and enjoyable. The space was spotless, and our cones were ready in no time. We both went with the soft serve in the traditional cone and absolutely loved it and agreed it was a unique twist on a classic treat. The service was great and the experience was all-around delightful.

It was sooooo good! Truly a unique experience. I tried the crispy cone. It was fresh & warm. Again, so good. Establishment was clean, employees were friendly. I highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Came here with the family and loved the crispy cone with the vanilla and chocolate swirl. I made a very basic cone with just brownies on top of my ice cream. I believe if you get the full package that mean cone, spread, ice cream, sauce and toppings I think it might be too sweet for me. Keep it simple and I think most people will love it. The cone is the best part and what make this dessert wonderful. Soft delicious cone that fits well with the ice cream.
