Ordered a burrito with many toppings such as ground beef, cheese, lettuce, pico de gallo, cilantro, onions, olives, banana peppers and more. The manager was by herself on a Mon night and did an amazing job. She even put it on the grill when it was wrapped at the end to have that grill char on it.
Also got an orange mandarin jarritos, along with mango-style salsa and chips. Much better than burritos at Moe’s. Wish there was one closer to Fort Lauderdale.

Found this place through taste the gables and as a Mexican I fell in love with it! For $20 per person you get a full meal with drink appetizer and dessert and the portions are great! Totally recommend it! Specially the chocolate filled churros

Disrespectful, Ignorant, and Unprofessional — Avoid This Place
I had a $6.20 coupon sitting in my Toast app for a few months, so I decided to stop by in person to redeem it. I’ve visited this place once before and have ordered online multiple times over the last 10 months.
When I walked in, I tried to speak with the same woman I had called a month or two ago — the one who hung up on me mid-conversation because she couldn’t understand a word of English. The same thing happened again in person. The moment I tried to speak, she started repeating, “No English, no English, no English,” and then called her supervisor while yelling, “No toast, no toast, no toast,” over and over.
I even pulled out my translator app to make communication easier, and she refused to engage — no effort, no patience, nothing. Just stood there shouting like she couldn’t care less. It’s the same kind of lazy, ignorant behavior that’s become way too common in Miami — especially in Coral Gables — where basic communication and customer service have completely collapsed.
I finally told her she should at least know basic English if she’s dealing with customers in America, and walked out while she continued yelling “No toast.” Absolutely pathetic.
And to make it worse, the food here has gone downhill, too. The burritos are now tiny, the meat is mostly fat and gristle, and everything tastes like it’s been sitting out. It’s just a complete waste of time and money at this point — low quality, low standards, and zero respect for paying customers.
Avoid this place entirely. There are plenty of better-run restaurants nearby that actually care about service, quality, and basic decency.

The food was really good and reasonably priced. Our whole family (even our pickier eater) loved it. Everything is made to order. It’s a small, casual atmosphere. The cook was super friendly and welcoming. I’d definitely go back.

We were in the area for lunch and I just looked up a place near by. I saw the good reviews on google so we went (me, my boyfriend, and our little dog). The lady behind the counter was friendly she spoke Spanish and English. My boyfriend was very happy with the carnitas burrito and I had a shrimp taco and two Carnitas tacos, we both had tortilla chips with queso and the mango salsa! I appreciate the lady who worked there letting us eat inside with my well behaved 3 pound dog. Also side note bathroom very clean. Fresh affordable authentic Mexican place with simple and tasty menu. I would like to give 5 stars on everything and would come back.

We ordered takeout from this restaurant. They did terrible! My daughter’s burrito had mostly everything, but steak. I asked for extras on my chicken quesadilla and did not get anything I asked for. Same thing with my husband’s order. The chicken was chewy and the quality of the steak was terrible! The chips were stale and had no flavor. We will not be ordering from this place again. 1st and last time.

I discovered this small restaurant while looking for a convenient and quick meal, and was pleasantly surprised. The place is small but the portions are not. The prices are reasonable and you get to add whatever ingredients you want while your food is prepared in front of you I had the Mahi Mahi quesadilla and the fish was well-seasoned. My son had the pork burrito (award-winning recipe) and he enjoyed it. Meals come with chips and everything is made at the restaurant, according to our cook/server. They have catering deals, too. I recommend it.
