This location is no longer black owned it’s a lot of changing Yes changes is good but in this case it’s not l over heard employees saying that the new owners are taking the credit card tips they will no longer receive them thats not legal they should be reported immediately.to

The customer service here is terrible. I came in today and only saw one person sitting down. When I walked up to the register, no one greeted me or said anything. The guy in the front had on big headphones, handed a drink to the person sitting down, and went back to doing something else. Still, no one acknowledged me. I finally asked if anyone was working the counter, and the lady replied, “Can you just wait a minute,” with a nasty attitude. I asked why she couldn’t have said that from the start. Instead of waiting, I went back to my car and ordered nothing. This isn’t the first time I’ve dealt with attitude from this same crew. I think I’ll start making the longer trip to the South Dakota Ave location to get my drinks from now on.

Absolutely has to be the worst location, with the worst service by far. I’ve come to this location multiple times and they tend to close before scheduled time and it’s literally like pulling teeth to have your order taken. They don’t even acknowledge you and at least let you know they will be right with you. Literally just watched a female employee take a guys order, flirt for about 5 mins then walk away from the register and did not return to take anyone else’s order. Also typically 1-3 people working at max, however, that’s no excuse to be unprofessional and rude.

I ordered online through the app and came in to pick up my order. However, I noticed two young employees making comments about a customer who seemed frustrated with their wait time. I understand that it can be hectic, but it’s important to maintain professionalism and respect for customers who choose to spend their hard-earned money at your establishment. I believe a more positive atmosphere would enhance the experience for everyone. Unfortunately, this incident has made me reconsider my visits to this location. I come here for smoothies, not for negative vibes. Thank you for considering this feedback.
