My gripe is that as someone who’s tracking calories while trying to eat the foods they like is how terrible Mr Pickles advertises their nutrition.
I looked at the Toms turkey and saw like 570 cals. Ok, that’s fine, not mad at that, they’re probably rounding down or something so I was just gonna track it. Turns out that just the ingredients, not the bread. so the bread is a whole 500 or so other calories. didn’t find that out until housing the sandwich (it’s still bomb I won’t lie). Just frustrated that they mis-advertised their nutrition 🙁
We had an emergency and couldn’t pick up the order. Stranded on the side of the road for hours because tow truck got stuck.
3 hours later I still have a $42 charge so I call Mr Pickles and ask if they will refund or remake the sandwich by any chance?
They say remaking the sandwich is no problem, cool! We choose that option. We get there and the boss lady slides the bag to me saying how it’s been a long time. I told her we called and talked about already…i asked if they remade the sandwiches she says….well no but we put fresh bacon on them.
Okay, so why offer to remake them at all? Why did we drive down here then after our terrible day?
$42 for soggy lettuce on soggy bread sandwiches that have been wrapped up and sitting for 3 hours. Gross.
I should have argued but I was late for work already. So disappointing, never again.
One was a half sandwich
All three were wrong
There was one slice of meat in the french dip
The other two were horrible
Really really pisses me off
I guess hiring people to make a sandwich is difficult these days
DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
45 dollars for bread!!!
Totally a rip off both price wise and quality
Lady who made the sandwich was nice, but again, the pay pad prompts you to tip…. no other way around it as far as I noticed. She even told me I had to. And I should have a choice in that.
Female employee making my sandwich was so up and down. Average customer service skills. She was ok when she took my order and damn near verbally shoved me to the cashier as I was telling her about making it a combo with a pickle on the side. I felt so rushed and bothered by her tone, I forgot to make my sandwich right. U know .- the only sandwich I’ve ever ordered from this company since 2013. Anywho, I still tipped the cashier bc the machine prompts it. In front of others, she’s asking me loudly with a big ol’ smile if my sandwich is ok. As I leave with no other patrons around, I said bye and thank you, she switched up again and acted like I was bothering her. Maybe also bc the cashier disappeared and wasn’t around. Super annoying.
