Bought 2 pizzas, one smelled very strongly of sweat. It was actually really bad, the smell. I didnt pick up the pizzas initially but my sister did, and she said there were workers without gloves in the back. Wondering if someone was sweating all over my pizza. They gave me another pizza without hassle though, but still, it makes me concerned for their sanitary policy. Workers without gloves??

I spent $70 on 2 pizzas. And sides when I receive my food. It was completely burnt did not realize until I got home. I called up asked him to fix the issue once I receive the pizzas. They were completely drenched in oil.
I will never go back. To this location.

I ordered online for pizza here. The expected time for pickup was 3:02-3:07. I checked in with the workers there and they gave me an estimated additional wait time for 5 minutes. Place seemed not so busy at the moment and I waited. I ended up waiting a whole 24 minutes inside the shop as more people came in and the area was terribly hot. Had to ask again and they found my order at the bottom of the heating oven. The ridiculous wait and disorganization warrants my 1 star review. Hope everyone else has a better experience!

Everyone makes mistakes, i understand that, but if you make a mistake 2x on the same order and not even appologize and on top of that smirk at the customer, that’s really beyond bad customer service. I ordered on-line and when I picked up my order and my kids started eating, I realized, it was missing a topping. There is only 2 toppings and they missed 1. When I called to have it replaced, I also mentioned that there was no cheese in the middle and that if they could spread the cheese evenly. The lady manager the phone argued that the cheese was evenly spread without even looking at it (on the phone). When I went to pick the corrected order, I checked it before leaving the store and it was wrong again. They put the missing topping but only on half the pizza. I double.checked my order and it was put in correctly. Again, no apologies whatsoever. I didn’t have time to wait for the 3rd pizza so I asked for a refund instead. Because I ordered 2 other side items, the lady said she would have to refund the entire order and I would have to repay for the other side item I purchased. I didn’t bring my wallet since I wasn’t expecting to pay again so I decided to take the wrong pizza anyways and call it a day but then they started smirking so I 2as beyond disrespected. Fortunately, my son had his wallet, i went back in to get a refund. Again.. no apologies. That was all I wanted was an apology for making order wrong 2x.
