Lady behind the register obviously did not want to be there, there was a guy with an (unlit) cigarette in his mouth behind the counter, and the place was DIRTY! Had not been dusted, had the floors cleaned, or done any actual cleaning. Everything was covered in gunk. Food was fine, first and last time I’ll visit…which is sad because of what Firehouse represents. They need more motivated employees and probably new management. Gross.

I dont know who is in charge of the kitchen but we had 4 people come in minutes after us and get their food before us when a family comes in after 15 minutes of us waiting for one sandwich they then ordered over 3 sandwiches and got theirs before us as well. Finally get our one sandwich we ordered and it took 4 people in the kitchen over 45 minutes to make our one sandwich when it was practically a ghost town.

First time cause prices seem ridiculous but they have a thanksgiving one so I caved. Just bread and stuffing like no meat sauce gravy. It wasn’t even good bread. I don’t get why people say its good. I don’t recommend. Try McAllister deli or Jason’s heck subway is better just cause of bread

Do not order on the app and make sure you check your food well before leaving the building! Although I would suggest not ordering here at all! I ordered on the app. One of my sandwiches was missing, the side of gravy was missing, the stuffing on one of the sandwiches I did receive was ice cold and had meat only on one side of the sandwich. I ordered extra pickles on all of the sandwiches I ordered and received zero! I called the store to talk to the ‘manager” and he did apologize saying they probably put my missing items in someone else’s order. He said he was not usually the manager there and wasn’t sure how to help me. I asked if it would be a better idea to report the issue on the app and he said yes. I report the issue on the app and receive an email saying since I didn’t order on the app they could not help me! I did order on the app and sent a picture of the receipt in the app. I then received an email saying they still could not help me and would forward the information to the franchise of this particular store. That I would hear from them in a few days! I never received a call or email. I for sure will not order from this location again. Management and the owners can’t be bothered! It’s a shame because my family and I love firehouse subs but we will not support an establishment that can’t even be bothered to make things right. There are too many sandwhich options in our area to bother ordering from a place where you may or may not get what you paid for! I can see from other reviews that I am not the only one who won’t be returning! Also with the generic responses to the post and reviews including issues from moldy bread to missing items it’s very clear they could care less about the customer or quality of food and service!

Terrible 1 piece of turkey on sub ,I paid for a turkey stuffing sandwich, plus I waited 20 minutes ,2 customer ahead me they didn’t get served before I left, been to blue springs location lots of times it was always good ,won’t be going again ,Jersey Mike’s way better……..Lee’s Summit location yuk

Sandwich was fine but I don’t think I’ll be going back. The restaurant was pretty disgusting. I don’t know what was smeared all over the drink station but obviously no one had cleaned anything for quite awhile. I had no interaction with the staff (ordered online), not even a glance when I walked in.

Been to this location 3 different times in the last few months & each time the workers there seem to be annoyed they have customers/just not wanting to be there. Two of the times I wasn’t even greeted when I walked in. Besides the poor service the sandwiches I received have been subpar (parts of the sandwich still cold, mushy/slimy meat. Today they didn’t even toast the bread). Sucks bc Firehouse is my guilty pleasure, but I will not be returning to this location for a while.
