I expect fresh food considering it takes 40 minutes just to get order out. I just went inside and all my fries are hard they are old they taste old I know because I used to work there I payed $40 just to get old food that’s just wrong. To top of the service is super slow it fast food shouldn’t take 40 minutes and cold at that. I tried calling but they don’t answer the phone

Very disappointing experience. I ordered a full meal but didn’t get the fries that were included. I also ordered chicken nuggets but they didn’t give me any dipping sauce. On top of that, they forgot to include a straw for my drink. Totally unacceptable service. This is the second time this has happened at this location.

Window displayed ‘Now Accepting EBT’ but they don’t accept it and refuse to take the sign down. Fries had no taste. Burger patties were burnt. Buns weren’t fresh.

Everything I ordered tasted stale, as if it had been sitting on the warmer for a long time. I’m pretty sure my order was not fresh based on the way it tasted. I’m not that picky. I will take food that has been sitting around for a little bit, but this order had been sitting around for a very long time and they decided to give it to me and pull it off as fresh. This is very upsetting. In addition to everything, this McDonald’s is very slow. I used to love going there knowing they would be quick, that’s not the case anymore. Bad quality and service! I never thought for a second that McDonald’s would go downhill But there is no way that they will maintain a leader in this industry like this!

0. Stars. To follow up with my review from 1 year ago – why I decided to return… hunger with 3 kids in my car. I tried curbside again… should have checked the other reviews – each stating 30+ mins for curbside. My husband went in and waited for a long time before being helped. They suspected we didnt “press in” the order – which we had. Food was not quality and did not receive sauce packets, although my husband asked if they were there and was assured. They were not.
$50 in food, we could have sat at a restaurant and ate quicker for a little bit more $

Food is regularly cold and old at this location (for breakfast and regular menu). I always get mixed vibes from the workers, sometime theyre all rude, sometimes the cashier is nice. They get paid $20/hr minimum… SERVE HOT FRESH FOOD!!

I always order on the app and I’ve gotten the correct order maybe once. Something in my order is always wrong and/or the food isnt fresh and/or the staff are rude when I get there. Can always count on at least one of those things happening. Probably one of the worst McDonald’s.

This McDonalds seems to always be very busy but also understaffed! It’s very slow but I don’t blame the team members. They’re kind and seem like they’re doing their best with what they’ve been given. Also— it’s not 24 hours. They need to update their hours asap. Food is usually fine for McDonalds. It’s not cold. They haven’t gotten my order wrong. I think the ownership is overall to blame for the complaints I have.
