Reviews
-ordered a shareable vegetarian for the cheese, I wanted protein – I’m a vegetarian.
-received pizza with what seemed like less than 1/2 a pound of cheese- think about how much cheese should be on a pizza.
– asked the server to have them put the same pizza in the oven with more cheese, please. zero acknowledgement on how little cheese there was (as seen in the picture) nor the fact that I had to wait even longer for my food.
-received the same pizza with about maybe a handful more of cheese.
-was charged for EVERYTHING, no consideration on their lack of service.
-never once received a smile – the server had too many personal problems. when you clock in, you should leave your problems clocked out. no name badge with identifying information.
-wife’s drink was served with a flat Sprite.
will never return – mind you I just heard the same server say “it wasn’t that busy.”
I should’ve donated the $100 to NPR.

Excellent customer service!!!
Great relaxed atmosphere in the sports bar area.
The only issue I had…was I ordered a Brookie(to take home to my wife),no ice cream as I live about 30 minutes away.
Our server(replacement for the one on break)brought my take out, and we all left.
I got home and gave my wife the cookie and she took off the cover to find the edges were burned.
Not a typical cookie from BJ’s.
And yes I will go back to any BJ’s.
Just have your Associates check the product to make sure it is a product that represents your establishment.
My wife ordered the ahi tuna salad, it was not edible. The tuna quality was just revolting, this is not hyperbole. The cucumbers in the salad were stale/rotting, the cabbage was also stale, it was just a horrible dinning experience. The waitress seemed embarrassed & promptly took the salad off our bill. My burger was dry & flavorless, but I ate it because I was very hungry. In San Diego we have great restaurants – why did we go here?? It’s a corporate chain, where’s it from? O.C.? I don’t know, they’ve lost their way, oh and the beer sucked – you can’t suck in the beer dept. in San Diego county.
This server tried but obviously was not trained at all!! Food should have been sent back but I felt bad for the Server!! It was a TOTAL FAILURE & the prices were nuts! Gross don’t go here! I remember it being fun & Hip! It’s extremely bright & kids in the ” bar area”!! Take your 150$ for 2 cocktails & appetizers ANY place else!!
The shrimp appetizer was amazing and we saved some sauce to dip our pizza in, it was fabulous! Brooklyn was our waitress and she was awesome! Great service and recommendations. We will definitely be back again. Thanks as usual!
