Pizza was great except for they weren’t cut. Also didn’t receive any of the sauces that we paid for. Called to see if we could get them and the store manager was rude, basically said I was lying that he cut them himself… delivery driver was great , brought our sauces back. Manger needs to take some customer service classes.

So once again ..this time my pizza is correct but the driver is unable to read contactless delivery.
So he beats on my door driving my dogs crazy . I ask him twice to leave on my porch. He finally does then leaves my gate open so when i open my door my damn dog runs out .
These are not directions for a nuclear missle and even they cannot be followed.
Ever since this store opened it has done nothing but get my orders wrong . The one on Eastside never messed up.
My last order was supposed to be a large Margherita pizza and I added old world pepperoni..what i got was a pepperoni magnifico . I called and told the lady and she just says let me see what my Gm says.
How about make the right pie and come get the mistake. I tipped 10$ on a 30$ order that took a Lil over an hour

I recommend Domino’s and frozen pizza from wal-mart before ordering from these incompents. If you like waiting 5 minutes to place an order or repeating your phone nu.ber and address over and over or getting food you did not order then Marcos is for you. Absolutely awful. Grade F-

This is Hands Down the best Pizza in Lawton.
Pizza, as a rule, is a fun casual meal sure to put smiles on everyone’s face.
You get to eat it with your hands and there are no rules against that.
Alexandria is very polite and accommodating.
Recommend the “All Meat” pizza. We tried it with thin crust and extra cheese and this did not disappoint.

We ordered on line and drove to pick up our pizza. Paid the gal and was told we’d have to wait because they were busy. I asked for a receipt and was told they were out of paper. I asked for a written one. Gal never came back to the window. 30 more minutes go by and still no pizza. I backed up to hit the DT buzzer and drove forward and hit the DT buzzer again. A different gal came to me and said the pizza wasn’t done but I still had to pay. I said I already paid the other gal, and pointed her out. She said she had to go check it out. She came back and said it was all good. I asked for a receipt and nobody had changed the paper, still. Waited a total of 45 minutes to get 2 pizzas and to drive home just to have the incorrect order.
I called up there and spoke to someone who claims to be the “shift leader”. I had asked to speak to a manager. She basically called me a liar about the wrong pizza. She said they made the order wrong the first time but the person making it followed the screen the 2nd time and I told her I’d send her a picture of it to her and she said the only thing they can do is for me to bring it back up there within the next 15 to 20 minutes and they’ll remake it.
Of course I’m getting a little pissy at this point and said I’ve already been there, waited 45 minutes, drove 20 minutes back home and you want me to drive back up there another 20 minutes and wait God knows how long?
She said that’s all she can do. I asked to speak to the GM and she said I could call back tomorrow morning and speak to him. I asked for her name, since she is the one who’s running the shift and she said she wasn’t the one who made my pizza. I said I didn’t care, that is she is the one responsible for the shift, it’s her name I needed. She refused and said she wasn’t going to go through this with me again . She’s given me what I needed to know.
I said why don’t you all bring me the correct pizza instead of making me drive another 20 minutes. She said she’d call the GM and see if they can make the exception. She asked for my address and I gave it to her. I told her she can give him my phone number and he can speak to me directly about it and she said I could call back first thing in the morning. She said she didn’t need all this extra bull shit.

Trash service in winter weather, at least don’t accept my order if you have no intention of making it for me. I Drove 15 min in a blizzard just to go home hungry for the night, thanks Marcos, I appreciate it!
