Our family of 6 had dinner and dessert here. We had a great time. The food was excellent. Hand cut fries, the burgers were great. The Rodeo burger with the fried cheese was superb. The kids were pleased with the hot dog and grilled cheese. The ice cream was a great value as well. The staff was outstanding. We were a bit concerned taking our large family in, but the staff were very attentive, firendly, and handled us great. We will be back.

I can’t really rate this place because I actually didn’t get anything from them. I’m doing this because today (Sunday, August 6th at 5:32pm) I went there to get dip and dots. I was VERY disappointed when I realized they were closed. Online AND the sign on their door said their hours were 3pm-9pm on Sundays. So they should have been open, we drove a good distance out of our way just to get dip and dots but then NOT. So there’s that.

I, my fiancé and 3 children came in March 9th 2018 right at closing. The young ladies there welcomed us in and were very polite. Awesome customer service. I see the owner is responding to comments. We’re from Auburn and just got out of a van from a 4 hour ride. She made some irritated kids “and adults” much happier!

This place was absolutely horrible. The employees were the most unprofessional I’ve ever seen in a work place. Making degrading jabs at each other, loud, foolish and immature, not caring at all about the customers and serving them. It was so bad we left before buying ice cream. We got some for our kids and then as the employees kept at each other, my husband and I couldn’t handle it and we left not buying anything for ourselves. They were dirty in the way they handled utensils and food and we were so grossed out. I would never recommend this place!

Dippin Dots were amazing. Hours on Google weren’t correct (they’re open everyday of the week, 3-9 Sun-Thurs and 3-10 Fri-Sat) but we still came up here because we were driving past.

The women who seemed like the owner was extremely rude and arrogant. We bought lots of dippin dots and she was extremely rude while we were picking out the dippin dots. Our toddler was sitting on the counter right by her mother while she got her money out of her wallet and she made rude comments towards the child. She should not be working in customer service because she doesn’t know how to politely interact with people. Don’t go here, attitude like this doesn’t deserve service or a good review.

We went with a church group of over 50 people. Gracie was the only employee there but she never missed a beat. She served everyone quickly and with a smile on her face. 10/10 would go again.

Small place even smaller parking lot…. But huge prices. A large which is close to 10oz was $7.50……. A gallon of ice cream is $2 at Walmart… We ended up only getting one for my wife simply Cuz I’m to tight to pay $15 for ice cream. She liked her serving tho so if your loaded and like to splurge this is the place to waist some cash!
