I go to Haveli every year with friends during Ramazan and it always has been a wonderful experience. I like the vibe and their ambiance. I recently visited during ramazan this year and felt like the food is not that great compared to last year.
Their customer service was excellent! And I believe it’s the owner/manager who is also very cooperative so will give 100% there!
A couple of feedback – If they could focus on the food freshness and the quality like the previous years it would attract more customers and would be great!
Also, I want to request if they could get the drinking dispensers cleaned especially, where the nozzle/faucet of the dispenser is it would be great because that area of the dispensers were dirty and it made me wonder if thats the reason why the beverages were not consumed.
Overall a nice experience.

Absolutely incredible iftar buffet with a fantastic variety of delicious food! The service was top-notch, and the food quality and taste were truly amazing. I didn’t get a chance to snap a photo, but the ambiance was beautiful. #Iftar #Buffet #Food #Service #Ambiance

Food was horrible. We had a party of 12 and spent $384, only to be served food that was clearly old and smelled bad. The experience was extremely disappointing. To make matters worse, the manager refused to come speak with us about the issue. Completely unacceptable for a restaurant to serve food like this and then avoid addressing the problem. Very disappointing experience.

I went to this place during ramadan for iftar buffet and loved the food and the collection of food . Then again took my husband another day for iftar buffet as we loved it . Now we are planning to do our small marriage anniversary here but seems like some unethical clients putting one star review while after reading some reviews i could understand it’s their fault , not the restaurant or the owner. I have been to this restaurant the owner and the employees are super humble and nice people . Dont trust those bad reviews read the comments of the owner and you cam judge who is the culprit here .

“Ramadan buffet” Great presentation, tasty food and variety of dishes. Loved eating here, clean,tidy place and friendly staff made it more amazing.
Dishes I liked most are chicken corn soup, lamb, Biryani, Fish, kabab and I just love curry of Butter chicken.

I had a terrible experience with Savour Foods Springfield, VA. I ordered food for Iftari at 7 PM via Uber Eats, expecting a timely delivery. Delivery time showed 8:05PM.
After waiting an hour, my order was suddenly canceled without any explanation.
I called the restaurant to find out what happened. Mohammad answered the phone and casually said, “I don’t know, the manager canceled it.” When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told he had already left. When I asked for his name, Mohammad started laughing and asked why I was asking so many questions. Eventually, he told me the manager’s name was Hassan and to call back in an hour.
This is horrible customer service and completely unprofessional. Canceling someone’s Iftari order at the last minute is not how a business should operate. The staff is rude, unhelpful, and completely lacks ethics.
Avoid this place. They clearly don’t care about their customers. Zero professionalism, zero accountability.
Not a good way to do business.
