Its was good. Very expensive. I got a double cheese burger, a Korean chicken sandwich, and 10 chicken bites. No sides. No drinks. 35 dollars. Probably wouldnt come back. Not the greatest. No ambiance. Didn’t even get ice with my room temp free water. Jack in the box would be a better option and just as good if not better.

Went on 11-30-2025. The inside of our burger was RAW. In case you’re not aware, you can’t cook ground meat like a regular steak (rare, medium rare, etc.) because the grinding process mixes the bacteria from the surface into the rest of the meat. That’s literally food safety 101. A restaurant dedicated to making burgers should know this.
Please check your burgers if you’re eating here. I recommend not eating here at all if you don’t wanna risk getting food poisoning.

This place serves meals like hamburgers and fries , and has the BEST custard shakes! They have many flavors and types of shakes here, and the staff is great. I was new to the establishment, so a young, female employee explained everything enthusiastically to me. I appreciated that a lot. Decadent deserts, good food ..what’s not to like? Restrooms included inside for customers and outdoor patio area available. Handicap accessible and parking available too. Great experience!

My family and I dined in. The wait was not bad at all. The food was delicious! Can’t wait to try other burgers. We got 3 different shakes. All were good but Cookies & cream took 1st place. Service was awesome. Everyone was so nice and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Finally we have a chance to visit this newly opened shake shack – it was Sat around 2pm and there wasn’t a line. The cashier greeted us right away.
Admittedly the burger portion is small in comparison to price, they are tasty. We ordered via app and food was ready for pickup when we arrived, even got a couple of texts notifying that food is ready.
Thanks to the current promo, we got the bacon cheeseburger for free and it was my favorite, my husband got the BLT and shack burger which were tasty as well.
We opted to dine in after picking up our food since there were plenty of seats available, it’s nice that everything is still new and clean, hopefully they will be maintained

Disliked: Presentation of burger, burger composition was sloppy, limited drink options: no beer and only had chocolate milkshake, unhelpful staff meaning they can offer help but did not have the right solutions to the problem aka why such limited drinks…
Basically for the nubs out there, you do promos, visit for the seasonal drinks, and take advantage of the refills.
I look forward to improvements especially with updating the drink selection. Until then, I’ll go to my other spot. Also, consider getting something other than a burger like the chicken nuggets because there’s more than burgers on the menu. Shocker.

Redemption, got a double smoke shack. It had that spicy kick with that proper burger composition that I am familiar with. They even updated their shakes to include more flavors. Great progress. Trust, I’m invested. I’ll update as I got along.

They were very welcoming we called to order on the phone they told us that this is not an option but we will be more than happy to help you through the drive-thru so we went to the drive-thru and we were welcomed very nicely different than regular drive-thru
ordered 10 of their popular Burger and they gave us complimentary fries complimentary sauces it felt like a food experience i mean when you go to get food you want to feel like you’re getting food not doing retail like most of the fast food places in our area.
they treat you just like a customer they want your money and leave.
no this place is actually a place that serve food so if you want to enjoy a bite with a very nice atmosphere I highly recommend this place .

I’m on a row this week with trying new places!! I work across the street from Shake Shack and never came to check it out. I finally did today! Have I been living under a rock? Because these burgers are so good!! And don’t let me start with the crinkle fries!!!! Yummmmm!!! So thankful that I came I not only had great food, but I had amazing service too (thank you to the manager and the gentleman at the register). Now on top of all that they had games and my daughters and I played Jenga which sealed the deal. We had the Shack burger, crinkle fries, and a Christmas cookie shake ALL delish. Your front neighbor will definitely be here more often!!
