Not 24 hour, went at 3:30 in the morning and manager was angry at what time I was picking up my order and that they were closed and was upset that they had to make my food fresh. I do not recommend, go to Plainview or Amarillo instead the food is better quality there, here they do not care.

Not open 24 hours like anything listed online in store or on the building claims. Service has constantly been rude. Some exceptions. I eat there alot because i work around the area. My orders are constantly wrong and sometimes i have to drive 10 miles back because they forgot something in my order. Dont eat here go to plainview instead.

Horrible experience. Items missing from order and food I did get was incorrect. Asked for help from a team member, but was met with a blank stare and then they walked away Server spilled drink into tray soaking order, then shrugged and walked away. Counter was not attended the entire time I was there.

Partner and I pulled in at 4 AM with a mobile order really looking forward to having some food on a very long road trip and when I pulled up to the speaker box, they told me that they were closed, that they don’t have our orders and they can’t make it for us at all. This is all despite all signage saying they are 24 hours on the building, on the app, and on Google itself. What a joke.

Mobile order of large fries and two medium drinks. There was maybe 8 customers inside, most already had their food. We waited for about 10 minutes on ours. While inside, an elderly gentleman had his receipt and was requesting something that they forgot. The girl told him she was on break and has no idea what was going on. The lady that brought our food out was very rude as well. They seem very inconvenienced when you ask them a question, so we just walked out. We will not be back again. Drive to Lubbock or Amarillo and skip this place.
