Food tastes fine… better than some other taco bells around Tampa. My issue is the amount they give you. The bean burritos and quesadillas are tiny… especially for the price. The cinnamon twists are basically not “cinnamon” as they are dusted so lightly there’s almost no point. On top of that, the bag they put them in is only filled 1/3rd. I included a picture of my bag of cinnamon twists before any of them were even eaten.
Fix the portions, fix the cinnamon twists, and get some employees who don’t act like the customers are the biggest inconvenience in the world. With as small as the items are, the wait should be a lot shorter to get your food.

DISGUSTING!! a waste of my time and money. They didn’t even try to make it look appetizing , food was stale , tacos broken and improperly wrapped and missing items in my bag. Please don’t come to this location, save yourself time and find a better location, I’m highly disapppointed, i’ve never had a bad experience at any taco bell, except for this one and this is my first time eating from this location.

This place is usually good but I got my taco delivered from door dash in a sealed bag and the tacos were soaking wet with something, the wrappers were soaking wet too, my chalupa and taco were soggy. Not at the bottom like usual the whole this was wet like it was dunked under water. It’s like someone used wet gloves or hands to make them. Gross.

I absolutely love Taco Bell anywhere else but this location. Unfortunately, this Taco Bell is closest so when I do choose to DoorDash it automatically Picks this one. The few times I have gone there myself the employees are rude as hell and don’t make the food right. When I door dashed it this evening I received no drinks that I paid for and got creamy jalapeño sauce smothered in my quesadilla when I asked for none due to the fact that I’m allergic to it. I got a refund from DoorDash and decided to give them another chance. Second order came smothered in even more jalapeño sauce this time. Waste of my money and my time. I’ve worked in fast food many times and the one thing employees seem to be lazy about is correcting items when there are modifications made. It is ridiculous that this happened twice in the span of an hour and the only reason I chose to write this review it to hope the employees see this and realize that due to their mistakes people could be seriously hurt. To them it may be no problem but to me it is. Glad I checked my food or I would have been in the hospital this evening.

I work DoorDash I have over 1000 deliveries under my belt. I came to this restaurant 915 and the doors were locked. I drove through the drive-through and was told I had to come inside so they came to unlock the doors and the older Spanish woman was completely rude to me. They said on the speaker that they didn’t have the order so I tried confirming it and she was a very horrible smart Alec if I were you, I would find another Taco Bell for employees to treat customers like this is unacceptable. I don’t know the woman’s name she’s short with glasses Producing the orders, but they don’t have name tag tags

Absolute trash. It is sad that there is no management oversight or such poor oversight that food is allowed to leave the kitchen the way it does here. This is literally what my food looked like when opened. Just disgusting. I received it via delivery but this cannot be blamed on the delivery driver. This clearly looked this bad when it was wrapped and thrown in the bag.

Was refused by manager to take my order. Demanded I used kiosk only. Did not order food because it was rude of manager to not assist me in taking my order. Will not go back to any Taco Bell again. She was extremely rude. I do not work at Taco Bell so I do not know how to use kiosk. Furthermore I should not be refused service because I do not want to use kiosk.

I ordered a taco supreme wrap with no sour crèam. The receipt says no sour crèam, but yet sour crèam is on it. Sent my daughter back up there to have them fix it correctly. She comes back again and it has sour cream on it smh. This is ridiculous. I need my money back!!

There’s an older lady in management with an insufferable attitude. I’ve given her a pass a few times, but when you interact with a person like this it makes you wonder how bad of a day can be excused by this kind of behavior. She talks degradingly back to her employees, once I asked her politely the wait time politely and she snapped and said it’s by order so when you see it, it’s there.
