BLAND AND EXPENSIVE. DISAPPOINTING. We ordered the Masterpiece Roll for $16 and the Godzilla Sushi burrito for $17 and a strawberry lemonade for $6. The food didn’t look like in the menu photos and had bland flavor. The burrito sushi is too big to dip into the soy sauce dish so I poured soy sauce on the sushi burrito and it leaked all over, making such a mess. All chairs were hard, wood chairs. No seat cushions. Not coming here again.

We enjoyed the fresh sushi, but our overall experience left us feeling a bit disappointed. We arrived shortly after 9 PM and placed our order with an Asian employee. As we only drink plain water and do not prefer sugary beverages, we were surprised to learn that complimentary water was not available. Instead, we were informed that we would need to pay $3 for a bottled water. When we inquired about this, we felt that the response from both the employee and a female staff member was somewhat unwelcoming, which made us feel uncomfortable. Unfortunately, due to this experience, we have decided not to return.

Zukku Sushi is hands down the best food option at The Hub now. The fish was fresh, and the rolls were packed with flavor. The sushi burritos—huge portions and stuffed with plenty of fish, are a great option. We ordered the Shrimp Volcano roll, the The Hub Roll, and the Godzilla Burrito. So happy to have a solid sushi spot close to home

I saw a Facebook ad that Zukku Sushi was giving a free Labubu sushi chef outfit with a purchase and if you bring in a Labubu. I was ecstatic since my wife and daughter are huge Labubu fans. I like to support small businesses and thought it was a great opportunity to surprise my wife and daughter. I just went to POP Mart at Stonebriar Mall to pick up 3 Labubu’s and wanted to surprise my wife and daughter as we walked into Zukku Sushi. Upon entering, we see happy families with kids that received a Labubu sushi chef outfit. Some families received 3 along with others. As we went to order our food, the lady that worked in the front didn’t seem pleased with us for no apparent reason. We asked about the Labubu sushi chef outfits and she mentioned it was 1 per person. My wife and I decided to do 2 separate orders, so that we at least get 2 outfits (which is the honest thing to do). My wife received hers after her order and showing the POP Mart bag with the 3 Labubu’s. When I finished ordering mines, I had to ask if I can receive an outfit as well. The lady asked if I had a Labubu even after my wife shown her the 3 we bought from POP Mart when she just ordered before me. I did receive the outfit, but that wasn’t were the issue was. We’re sitting at the table waiting for our order and another family was waiting as well (a little bit longer than we did). They had 1 child and we see him with 1 sushi outfit. However, when they received their order, she looked straight at my wife and gave the family another sushi outfit like she had some kind of grudge with us. I had no clue what’s going on, but she seem liked she had a problem with us. When I asked for a sushi outfit after a placed a $50 take out order and was nice enough to give her a $5 tip on top, she questioned if I had a Labubu….but didn’t hesitate to give the other family an extra one and did it right in front of us. Mind you, we waited about 25 minutes for our take out order and she didn’t offer an apology for the wait. Just in case anyone was wondering, we came in with a smile and was polite. We even talked to some of the customers that received their outfits and that they were big Labubu fans as well. Unfortunately, I will not be a regular customer here and will spread the word of the experience we received. Like I mentioned before, I just wanted to show support for new businesses….but this one I won’t support again.

My favorite roll- Zukku roll! After eating it here, I can’t eat rolls in other places- they are just not as delicious as here! So I always come back for it! Thank you! Also it would be great if you add eel rolls to your menu!

Not worth it. The small burrito only has like two small slices of chicken and one piece of boiled shrimp, some vegetable and the rest of them just white rice. The ice tea is not refillable. The same amount of money I can have two meals at Chipotle.
