From the outside the restaurant just looks like a little hole in the wall. However, their menu is extensive and the food is absolutely delicious! We loved everything we ordered — highly recommend the salt and pepper calamari, blistered green beans with pork and beef chow fun with XO sauce. We tried a few of their sponge box cake and it was okay.

Dropped in for dinner on a Friday night with my son. Friendly welcome as we entered. I ordered the salt and pepper shrimp and my son had the sesame chicken. Generous portions and prices were very reasonable- actually cheaper than most other places. Food was delicious- no doubt the best salt and pepper shrimp I’ve had in Colorado. If you are looking for a good quality Chinese meal this is the place.

I’ve eaten here a dozen or so times since discovering it maybe four months ago. It’s some of the best Chinese in Denver and they definitely have the best lunch special at $12.50 a meal, kung pao chicken pictured. The beef chow fun and jungle noodles are also very delicious dinner options.

This place serves excellent Chinese food, but today my review is on their limited pandan and Dubai chocolate mini moon cakes.
Forget about the traditional moon cakes you know and love. After eating one of the mini moon cakes from Chopstix Fusion, you’ll probably want more!
What a special treat it was for the group to enjoy these especially made for the 2025 Moon Festival. The beautifully made green moon cake is the pandan flavored cake. Each bite is chewy on the outside, and the inside is creamy and soft, a little bit sweet with a hint of coconut. The fragrant from this dessert was light, and after eating one, you’ll want to eat another one.
The brown moon cake has an interesting taste. Like the panda moon cake, this cake is chewy on the outside, but the inside is filled with Dubia chocolate, which makes it crunchy. It is less sweet, but be warned: it will grown on you. Because of its uniqueness flavor, you’ll want to search for it: the taste buds leaving your mouth to your tummy.
Wendy Tong is the master creator for these perfectly sized moon cakes. She also makes customized cakes for all occasions. You’ll have to contact her at Chopstix Fusion for the many examples cakes. Folks in the Denver area flock to her shop and order these cakes, especially made per their request, and with Wendy’s creativity, these cakes are beautifully made.

Ok this place is legitimately good. If I lived a little closer I would probably get take out from here regularly.
The dipping sauce that comes with the dumplings is a highlight.
The beef chow fun is delicious and you should get it with the XO sauce.
Everything we ordered, the salt and pepper shrimp, fried green beans, and boiled fish, all delicious.
They make their desserts on site and are quite good. They are maybe half the sweetness you might find in an American bakery.

Had a great early dinner here, and yes the beef chow fun hits! Started with hot sour soup and wonton soup which were both great. Also ordered sesame chicken and Mongolian beef. Sesame chicken was good, nice and crispy with a great sticky sauce. Mongolian beef was very salty and I’ll maybe try to stir fry the left overs with some plain rice to balance it out. Wendy was our server and was fantastic. We were stuffed so we didn’t try dessert this time around but they looked fabulous. Very small seating area but we came at a great time so had no problem getting seats. When we left though every table was full. We’ll definitely be back again

Love this place! If you’re looking for a hole in the wall with some authentic Chinese/East Asian cuisine, you’ve come to the best place! My favorite go to has been shut down for years, and there hasn’t been a place like it til now! Something I will admit, the service is outstanding, but don’t fret the food is par to their service as well. When you go you definitely have to get the calamari, any clay pot dish, obviously the chow fun w/ xo sauce, the salted fish fried rice bc yes, their chili sauce, and any desert they have! We were so excited we dug right in (as seen in pictures), but that’s just how good it is! If you’re thinking of coming in, don’t think and just go in, you’ll have a great experience, and will want to go back! As I will definitely be back for more!

This is not your typical Asian fusion restaurant. Everything was flavorful and executed well. The scallion pancake was crispy. The noodles are fresh. The service was great and the food comes out fast. Well priced and big portion sizes so great value on top of delicious. Don’t leave without getting something from their bakery! I will be 100% coming back
