We took a chance on eating at Jetty based on the review’s that I had read. And they were spot on!! Although we were there for breakfast in the middle of the week, and no buffet, we ordered from the menu and were very pleased with our food. The waitress (Vanessa) was outstanding and provided superb service to our table. Will definitely eat there again when in Galveston.

I ordered a Ceasar salad, added shrimp, and it honestly did not meet my expectations. I love Ceasar dressings that are made from scratch and this one was a little too bland (mayonnaise-y?) for my taste. But the shrimp was seasoned perfectly and added some needed flavor into the salad. The fried shrimp, on the other hand, and my Mai Tai were both great! The interior of the restaurant seems like it’s just opening and is not fully furnished the way you’d expect for the pricing of the menu. Servers were great, friendly and very attentive.

We went for the breakfast buffet. Despite not being too busy, the food was fresh and hot. The southwest eggs were great, and the chocolate crossiants and other pastries were much better than before. Joey and Sandra were great. The service was outstanding. I didn’t have to flag someone to get a coffee refill, and the service was prompt and friendly. It is a great alternative to some of the other restaurants on the boardwalk that have slow service times.

What a great experience! We learned that the chef is new and WOW! Wherever he left from is sadly much worse off for his leaving. Service is superb. Don’t be fooled because it’s in a hotel. It doesn’t get any better than this. Joey Pennington is one fantastic manager and it shows through his whole team!!

I really enjoyed eating at Jetty’s during my stay at the hotel. The food was cooked well and tasted good. We were a party of three and we all enjoyed our food. We had a comfortable window seat booth and their customer service was excellent. No complaints.

Only had 1 person on the floor working greeting people taking orders at 6:15pm and serving. Finally someone else came from the back to assist. The 2 people that came in 10 minutes after us got their food before us and there were four of us. Overall not good service here but the food was good, we had to ask for everything napkins, cream for coffee, more coffee, more water, ketchup.

We were so happy that we chose Jetty’s for dinner! The food was quick and delicious. Samuel, “Sam”, was the best part of our day. He was so nice to us and our children. I’d highly recommend. 10 out of 10!
