As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Edit- the response from rallys is automatic. When contacting the address as told. I was directed to a number. I was given the worst customer care by Jake. He informed me i would be contacted by a manager yet fidnt even take a number. When i brought this up he then offered to take my complaint personally and said if be given a automated response as well. I do live those rallys fries and mushroom swiss burgers. However i will no longer be supporting this business in anyway due to blatant lack of concern. I’m no longer shocked the employees dont care. The owners dont care so why would they.
I have been to this location several times. Everytime is just terrible. Tonight takes the cake. The employee refused to take my order. Simply mouthed things angrily at me and death stared me down as I drove off. I wish zero stars were a option because the service and food i received were nonexistent. I will never return to this location and will spread the word on lack of hiring someone willing to do the job they were hired to do.

The AI that takes my order never gets it right. What’s wrong with using a human? Usually does better. Computers have their place but taking my order is not one of them. Order two for five burger and they want to know if you want to make it a meal like I asked him is it still $5? no makes no sense

Well, one good thing, they finally fixed the shake machine after it was broken for over a year!
Now, I have a couple of complaints.
1. They show one size shake and now it is a tiny thing. Gone is the 40oz shake? That is messed up
2. With home office cutting the sizes in half, and managers not taking care of their store and that includes training the basics so these workers so they can take our order correctly. Oh wait, people do not do that at your store, I forgot. Your computer takes all your orders yet still, it does not get it right.
Next thing is to get more nice people since at no time in the last year have I seen a smile at your window.
Well, I won’t be back to this location. I’m done.

The staff has definitely improved at this location along with the store’s physical improvements. It also seems like the drive thru has always been faster now when I stop thru. Of course, my only complaint would be the pricing.. no good varieties on deals anymore. Just two people and one was a meal was $20.

The Fry Seasoned Chicken Tenders and Chicken Bites were good. The fries were ok. They weren’t very crispy and several had lost a lot of their seasoning. The service was slow. We waited 20 minutes for our order.

TERRIBLE! I went through the drive thru on Monday about 1pm. It wasn’t busy and I was the second inline. I ordered Pibb Xtra with the combo and was told at the window (not the speaker) they were out. No big deal I got an unsweet tea. I was told to pull around to wait. Waited 20 minutes after I ordered and went to check on my order of fry seasoned chicken tenders and told it was coming out soon. Finally got my food and fries tasted good but were not hot. Chicken tenders did not have any flavor and over done. No napkins in the bag! Avoid this place!! So sad Rallys used to be good.

The chicken sandwiches were burnt and not edible at all this is the second time this has happened and I paid $22.21 this is unacceptable. I keep reading all of these reviews, and we get response contact us here so we can figure out what to do better. Get better staff, every time I have gone up there no one is ever doing any work, as anyone can see there is a high turnover rate of employees, new management who will run the place like it should be ran would increase profits and customer service.

Had food delivered and burger was made incorrectly, tried calling the store multiple times just to ask if I could have it remade another date as I was farther away and didnt want to drive there and back just for a burger and they dont like to answer the phone. Maybe hire employees who can read and follow directions and answer a phone. Its not difficult as ive worked fast food for years myself
