It pains me to leave this review but unfortunately I received another poor quality food experience. So here’s the thing. The prices are okay but in all honesty the prices here and the dinner/plate options are similar to many other Chinese restaurants. So it’s not a big save or anything. The thing it does have going for it is that they deliver outside of their town. So I’m sure many people accept the mediocrity as it may be the only option especially for those without vehicles. That was the primary reason I continued to order again and again. Last time I ordered on a Monday, and the food was fair at best. This time with it being Friday I figured it would be a hit. Nope. I guess because I ordered around 1:30pm I wasn’t worth a fresh batch of food being made for so I received lunch hours leftovers reheated. I sure had to pay the same as those who received their meals fresh however. Maybe more, as I paid a high delivery fee along with a tip. They were here quickly… reheats sure dont take long. There had been times in the past I received fresh food, so no excuse. So I don’t drive. But from now on I’ll be taking the elder bus service to leicester for chow leis. A little less convenient but whatever. 2 coffee shops are very close so I can get a nice iced coffee while I’m out. I will not be ordering from panda garden in East brookfield again. Oh and this was my birthday meal. Happy birthday? Thanks

Overall not impressed. First time here.
Sesame chicken was way overcooked. Was almost breaking the plastic fork trying to pick it up. Fried rice honestly had next to no flavor. Basically poured dipping sauce into it for something.
Worth a try but won’t be going there again for the quality of the food compared to the price paid for it

I love the food here. It is truly delicious. Just beware, the menus and prices listed are NOT accurate! Prices have increased substantially, but they’ve yet to update that online. I found out when I went to pick my food up. The food is still worth it, in my opinion. Maybe not quite as frequently, but still worth it.
There’s always parking, but it’s not really an eat-in restaurant. It’s too small.

My family and I every so often enjoy Chinese food here because it is always very fresh and delicious.
Something came to our attention that’s kind of unsettling and have we found it the practice at other Chinese restaurants in the area. We had food delivered recently and we noticed the receipt that was stapled on the bag had our credit card and expiration date on it. Although our name wasn’t on it we still found this unsettling with so much credit card theft and fraud going on. We called and brought our concerns to the restaurant and we were told it’s ok and the receipt won’t come off by accident while being delivered. I can honestly I have had stapled receipts from other places come flying off from a strong wind so it’s not impossible to happen. We will still use Panda but will pickup from now on to be safe. I wonder if anyone else felt uneasy about their credit card info stapled to the bag. I think a safe practice would be to write the sensitive credit card information down and then shred it after the store closes.

We have been getting food from here for years and we will never get from here again. It has always been hit or miss and we usually just deal with it because they deliver but this time was so unacceptable I’m not risking wasting my money again. The orange chicken was so chewy I almost choked on it. The chicken teriyaki was so tough and chewy I couldn’t even get it off the stick. White rice was hard and inedible as well. I’m so angry I just wasted $60 just to not be able to eat any of it. The workers have always been nice but nice doesn’t excuse wasting my money or food. Also the restaurant itself looks like a sweatshop. That’s why we always get delivery because if I step foot inside I’ll lose my appetite. So disappointing.

Tiny little place, I only saw two workers. They did a lot of take out. We also ordered take out. I liked the food a lot! Rice, boneless ribs, very good. The issue I have in cleanliness. The floors etc..really need a broom and mop! I hope the kitchen is better.
