Great food ! I highly recommend getting the fried fish with rice and plantains!!! You won’t regret it ! They also serve margaritas only if you dine in (I believe) I sometimes get the Tasso Turkey too.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Me and my husband came to order food and they were already out of the rice we wanted but it’s okay it’s not a big deal, we get another type of rice and we proceed to order our food.. a minute later she just walks off on us ignoring us for more than 5 minutes!! We were over charged we were ignored!! When we asked for a refund she said no because she walked out the store we were inside still with the door opened till we realized to were over charged never going there ever again. ALSO I DONT KNOW WHAT THEY PUT IN THEIR FOOD BUT ITS HORRIBLE I HAD TO USE THE BATHROOM RIGHT AFTER!!

Trash customer service. I had a Groupon, went to the restaurant and redeemed it in front of the cashier. After I redeemed it he says “I don’t know how that works”, okay no problem he calls his father. The father says “I can’t do anything with it unless you print it”. Mind you I’m there to pick up the food and have redeemed the offer. Then proceeds to ignore me like I’m not there!!! I had no problem paying for the full price and just contacting Groupon later but the fact that I was disregarded like that did not make me feel good at all and if I had bought the food I would have felt bamboozled. I wouldn’t go here again just for that fact. When you love what you do it shows and I don’t believe that food would have done any justice to me. So I considered it a win and dodging the bullet.

I ordered white rice, white beans puree and legume to go. The food was awful. The legume was a complete disaster…not tasty at all with a burned smell… and they added no meat to the food…a bunch of bones…no respect at all to the consumer. The beans puree was also burned. If you have a restaurant, you should hire people to taste the food before you serve it to the public…I was very disappointed. I wasted my money and my time. I would never go back there again.

My dining experience would be better if I could communicate effortly with the staff in English . Overall customer service is not great but the food is. I love the food it is very well seasoned , balanced , but i wish the meat serving was more to balance out all the rice that is given.

If I could give it no stars I would. I placed an order thru postmates paid in full and the restaurant refused to give the driver my order because postmates did not send them a confirmation the order was paid for. That had nothing to do with me because I sent a screenshot to show the order was in fact paid for The manager was relaying messages to me by his unhelpful staff and this resulted in my driver leaving the order and now me being stuck with a bill while I wait for a refund from Postmates. Unprofessional and a real waste of time because at the very end the manager did tell his employee to release my order but made me wait an entire 30-40 mins when my order should’ve just been picked up when the driver got there. Train your staff better
