I ordered the saltfish and callaloo breakfast with provisions ( boiled banana and dumplings) and it was flavorful!!! What a great asset to the neighborhood. I also ordered the cucumber ginger juice and it was refreshing.

I normally don’t leave reviews but I like to give my honest opinion not sure if the other know authentic Caribbean food but this is not it. I taste many Caribbean restaurant in the area , Gwen in Covington , Karen in Conyers and many others , I have to say the food DO NOT taste authentic at all and I’m a foodie that eats all type of food. I tried this establishment like three time and I believe this might be my last time. Number 1 I had the fried chicken and notice that it was very dark and dry and it was sitting out, which should be made to order it taste old when my husband brought it home I clearly told him this taste like it been sitting out and not fresh so I threw the whole plate away we paid close to 16.99+ 2nd time the goat which is good I have to say, the cabbage was over cooked and the rice & peas was also good the plantains was burnt. Now the third time I had the goat which was good , once again the cabbage overcooked, and the rice was okay didn’t taste fresh so I didn’t eat it and gave it away no plantain’s the portion was very small for the price using the 1 of the side in the plate to add the meat. Paid about 21.00 dollars for a small. I can get a large plate from Karen in Conyers for that price and favorable on top of that. My experience was not the best and they also be running out of food early in the day, maybe it just me as I know authentic food when I taste it , overall it’s not that bad just not for me. Food just don’t taste fresh hopefully a honest review will help.

Walked in, greeted with smiles. Staff is super friendly, and quick to answer any questions. Food looks and smells delicious. I cannot say much on any of the food other than the beef patties, but the patties are definitely a staple. Other than the main dishes, there are some extra selections of sweets and breads on the shelf to the left of the counter when you walk in the door. Very intriguing.
