Menu has HUGE signs promoting new products including the Dunkalatte. Tried to order one today and was told “oh we don’t have that yet.” How about not posting huge signs for menu items you don’t have? WORST DUNKIN EVER!!!! The drive thru girl is the worst I’ve ever seen. When I arrived there was no line. I ordered two coffees and a BE&C. When the girl handed it to me I asked for ketchup and she said no…… then proceeded to argue with me and said I am only getting one packet of ketchup… if you don’t like your job then fine a better one.

Seemed like 5 mins passed before being acknowledged at the drive thru. I finally pull up to the window and let them know I had a mobile order. I was then asked what I ordered. What is the purpose of a mobile order when they don’t even read them so of course my order was incorrect. Seriously they don’t care and they are lazy. They should be grateful to have work these days and they should really brush up on their customer service skills.

Every day I come here and they’re always cleaning their latte machine. I worked at Dunkin the latte machine gets cleaned at night so for them to clean in the morning it’s just an excuse so they don’t make the it for us unless there is a serious problem with the latte machine. Also hire more people y’all are slow but there nice.
