Genuine Japanese cuisine ! Japanese “aji” !
First time dine in after the State allowed 25% indoor dining. They strictly take your temperature before they let you eat in. Dine-in policy is Available only for reservations. If you go there without reservation and there is vacancy. You will be asked to register your name and phone number for their records…. Very safe to dine here….. Food is awesome fresh. I had sashimi lunch today. I attached the fish I had today. If you know these, you’ll appreciate this great “VALUE”….09/11/20

I used to love going to Tsukasa when I was growing up in Bordentown. I have since moved out of Bordentown but always looked forward to going to my favorite little Japanese restaurant whenever I was visiting my parents. When Tsukasa shut down, I was sad that Bordentown lost a great little restaurant. Thankfully they have this new location not too far from the old one! Same nice couple as owners, same great food! I recommend the bento box, it is different from most other places in that it has an eggplant side dish which is nothing short of amazing. The udon is also perfect. The chirashi (assorted sashimi over rice) is also very great and at the best price I’ve seen considering how much fish you get in the meal.

Real Japanese food if you looking to experience fresh and authentic restaurant this is the place to go. The owners are really nice, everything in the menu is great. Have tried many other places and and nothing compares to this one. Been coming to it for over 5 years and every time love it more. However If you are into fancy rolls full of sauce and toppings then you better going to a more commercial place. They keep it fresh and simple here.

This place serves authentic sushi, Japaneses style not extra large rolls here. So if you are accustomed to American style sushi this may not be the your best pick. Over all I really like this place, food is fresh and they use good quality fish.

Excellent Authentic Japanese. Very low key operation. Great for dining out. Love the Sushi, as well as the Udon Noodles. The eggplant appetizer is to die for. Give them a try- you won’t regret it.

It was a completely unassuming restaurant with basic decor, but the sushi was absolutely amazing. Everything was melt-in-your-mouth perfection. Nothing fishy or too fatty. Service was excellent!
If you want outstanding sushi without the pomp, I would absolutely recommend Tsukasa.

Okay.. so the food is very tasty but be careful menu is actually quite vague.
I ordered a not so cheap sashimi dish and what I got was sushi ( Very thin sliced fish on rice) and some tuna roll pieces. Sashimi is thicker slices of fish with no rice so it’s a pricier dish. Also, the selection had hardly any salmon. When I brought it to their attention, they didn’t admit their error.
Again, tasty but I didn’t get a good value compared too other Japanese restaurants.

The food was delicious, the sushi was very good. When we went the couple that be owns the place we’re running everything, so the service was just a little slower than one would expect, but definitely acceptable. We plan on going here again.
