NEVER..NEVER HAS THERE BEEN A TIME THAT THEY HAVE EVER ANSWERED THE PHONE SO I COULD PLACE A ORDER IN THE 7 YRS OF ME LIVING HERE. And only once or twice have I ever walked in and them have pizza ready to go out the door ( cheese or pepperoni). If they can’t improve it would be nice if they would move out of Madison and let a real Pizza place with service move into that spot…like Papa John’s or Dominos

Cashier did their job with the ordering process. I waited for a pepperoni pizza just to get home and the whole center of the pizza is raw!!! Disappointed is an understatement. I do not eat here but was in the mood for a pizza. Next time I will wait until I go outside of Madison and get Papa John’s, Dominos, anything other than Little Caesars

Stopped off the hwy for overnight here. Decided to try to order a pizza. I started calling at 8:40PM. No one answered. So I drove there and they were still open, but when I got inside at 8:50PM the guy said “bro I don’t have no more pizzas we’re about to close”. Either you’re open FOR BUSINESS until 9pm AS POSTED (false advertising) or you’re not! Businesses like this disgust me.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is horrible. Went in at 7pm on a Thursday and get told they aren’t accepting orders. How are not you not accepting orders? I’ll just start taking my business to the other pizza place down the road. This little Ceasars is awful.

I just wanted to refund the drink, lol. They didn’t have the drink in stock that I ordered. That’s okay, no big deal, I’ll just get a refund for the drink. I’m standing there, pizza in hand. He tells me no partial refunds and to give the pizza back, and it’ll be 45 minute wait for another basic pepperoni pizza. Man, I’d be sympathetic if this was just a policy thing, but the guy behind the counter was really rude about it. I’ve ordered here regularly before, but after this I won’t be back.
