Seeing a sharp decline in food quality over the last few months. They have been packing the chow mein with more onions and less and less noodles, today I was able to smell the onions before even opening the container. The rest of my food was permeated with onion smell and taste. It’s unfortunate because this was a family treat for us to go here. Now we will think twice.

Fresh and hot food with good service. Manager on duty was Jinn and she certainly runs the operation well. I didn’t make it in time the night before to pickup my online order. The restaurant closed but Jinn didn’t give me any trouble about the situation. Great service is appreciated, thanks!

This place has had a huge decline the past few months. Their meat/veggie mixes are 90% veggies and 10% meat, there always seems to be a 10 minute wait on food, and an hour and a half before closing, they seem to be out of almost everything and refuse to make anything to sustain the rest of the evening. Tonight will be the last night me and my family go here.

Lady in drive thru was very nice and has excellent customer service. My order was right but broccoli beef had almost no beef. I ordered a plate with broccoli beef, orange chicken and chow mein. I have attached a picture of the broccoli beef I got.

Last time at Panda Express; ordered the broccoli and beef and got broccoli…. Ordered teriyaki chicken and got chicken without teriyaki sauce… was told that teriyaki sauce had to be ordered separately and that most customers order teriyaki chicken without teriyaki sauce….all the manager wanted to do was argue, what a joke. If you want good Chinese go to RICE HOUSE EXPRESS!!!
