This Pei Wei is in a shopping center on the westbound side of Route 70, although there is a left turn traffic at a traffic light intersection from Route 70 eastbound. The restaurant wasn’t busy this evening, so parking wasn’t a problem but I can imagine the strip of parking spaces around the building filling up if the restaurant is at capacity.
The first snag I encountered was the online ordering system malfunctioned and never got to the order confirmation page. Luckily, the cashier noticed that the order went through and informed me. The staff at this restaurant were generally attentive and helpful like that. Overall, the ambiance in the dining area was comfortable and the restaurant was clean and in good repair. The only letdown was the food itself. I’m not sure why but every restaurant in this chain I’ve tried so far insists on making the food as dry as possible so there’s little or no gravy. To make matters worse, the brown rice we ordered was also dry and a bit overcooked. On the plus side though, the chicken was well-prepared in a large portion size.

They are super fast with service and the food is great. My only complaint and why they don’t get 5 stars is because almost every time I order take out my food is a significantly smaller portion for the same price as dine it. Someone should look into this and resolve it. Besides that this place is great. I would recommend to anyone that wants to dine in quickly.

Very fast service. I sat at the counter and watched the cook prepare my food. The food was delicious. The whole cooking area was very clean and the cook definitely took pride in his work space which I noticed immediately. The cook was clean cut with a professional look which is a big plus to me… I just hate seeing dirty looking unprofessional unhappy people preparing my food which seems to be at many many restaurants today. Not this place!

Pei Wei is consistently good, if not excellent, for fast casual Asian food. Last time we went for lunch, portion size was small (6 pieces of orange chicken made up the entire order) and the Hot&Sour soup was very salty. But that was anomalous. The food came out very quickly and the staff super helpful.

This place used to be great, but it’s gone downhill recently. It seems they have hired all new staff recently and it is not a good change. The old staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The new staff seems very immature and rude. I also don’t like that they got rid of their small portion. The regular size is too much food. I liked being able to order the small so I wasn’t paying extra to waste food. The food is still very good, but the service just isn’t the same.

Unhealthy obsession with this restaurant. I usually get takeout because I work near by & I’m always shook at how quick my food is ready & the orders are almost always on point. I’ve ate from here 3 times this week alone. It’s delicious & I appreciate the staff here! Oh, & the rewards app is THE BEST.

The service is what lowers this place. The food is decent. I like the mix and match protein with the rice or noodles. Always seems busy but their setup is flawed if the cashier is slow on taking/processing orders everything else backs up.
