In a time where most Chipotle locations are sub par, this location is consistently very good. Generally, the service is relatively quick and the burritos are a decent size (not the laughably small portion sizes you’ll find at other Chipotle locations). A couple of times I have received a burrito that was a mess. But, that’s pretty uncommon. This is one of the few Chipotle locations that are still worth eating at.

I usually enjoy Chipotle, but this time was really disappointing. I ordered my usual meal and started eating right away, but almost immediately I felt off — fatigued, chills, and just generally unwell. A few hours later, it got worse and I realized it was food poisoning. I’m really careful about what I eat, so I’m certain it came from here. Definitely not the kind of experience I expected, and I hope they take food safety more seriously moving forward.

Really disappointing to see a bad chipotle, especially in this location. Food quality is really inconsistent – some bites of chicken are bland and others are extremely salty. Portions are small. Makes you wonder what else they could be skimping on – are they overlooking health codes? Will this location make me sick?
Really hope management listens to the influx of feedback. In the meantime just go to the one in Rosslyn, Ballston, or north Arlington instead.

My family lives in Arlington and we went here on a Saturday around 7pm and ate in. We loved the flavors in our bowls and the portion sizes were large. I have been to many Chipotles locations and though all area generally good I really liked this one and will be back. It’s probably the smallest dining area I’ve seen at a Chipotle but there are also tables outdoors. The staff was friendly and patient with us.

This is a place where “Karen’s” are born. Getting serviced here has become increasingly stressful and awkward to say the least. I looked around like I was being punked tonight as I watched this woman prepare my food in a pool of sour cream that spilled over onto the counter. It was so messy that even her hands were covered in it and left a thick layer on the lid after she closed it. So much that the marker barely transferred what she was labeling. I had to ask the cashier to please wipe it off before placing it in the go bag with my other items… Not that that even helped by the time I walked home (two blocks) the entire bowl was so soaked that it broke through the bag. For me this location has gone down hill and as convenient this location was once its just not worth it anymore.

tonight, i walked into this place to pick up my order and one of the line cooks loudly exclaimed “ANOTHER CHINGER!” i was, unfortunately, the only east asian in the room so i’m pretty certain he was talking about me. the managers and employees who heard seemed unaffected which makes me think it’s probably a common occurrence. two stars because they probably just misread my chicken burrito bowl with a side tortilla confused with a chicken burrito bowl with a side of racism.

Avoid at all costs. I placed an order around 7 pm and was given a six hour old order. The fact that this was sitting out all day and not disposed of is inexcusable.

I got a job in the area a little over a year ago and there weren’t many places here that I knew about.
I saw that there was a chipotle nearby and so I started going there ever so often. And the food and Portions were amazing. Not only that but the atmosphere as well, I want to give a big shout out to Kevin for always making me feel welcomed.
If I could give a 10 star I would. I’ve been going there for a little over a year now and I’ve never had one bad experience.

I’ve had consistently negative experiences at this Chipotle. First, the portions are unreasonably small—don’t expect much protein. Second, the app lets you choose the Walk-Up Window for pickup after 9 PM, but it’s always “closed” when I arrive. Most recently, the worker inside was openly rude: she didn’t open the window, made an angry face, pointed toward the front entrance, yelled “Go inside!” and then walked away. Instead of offering any help, the staff act like you’re inconveniencing them. You’re left awkwardly cutting the line to ask the cashier for your order. Overall, this is the worst Chipotle I’ve been to. Avoid.
