Visited this location 30 minutes prior to closing. Arrived home & realized my order was not prepared as requested. Contacted the restaurant and spoke with Angel (the name provided) who continued to state “if you bring the order back we will see what we can do.” Angel continued to state “we can’t give you free food,” as if that was the request. A female employee was overheard stating “they should have checked their food,” as if they are not paid to ensure the accuracy of orders. I explained to Angel that if I have to drive back to this location tonight the response will not be “let me see what we can do” as that response is unacceptable. Needless to say, we will contact the general manager to rectify this issue & update my review.

This was my neighborhood chicken spot, but after tonight. Not again. I ordered a 16 piece tender and got a 6 piece combo. Had to go inside, to fix my order but Ms.michelle gave me and my daughter attitude because she didn’t hear us correctly on the mic. I tried to ask for help twice, but ignored us in front of another customer. This my second incident this year with yall, and still same basic service, and it’s very disappointing.

Every single time I arrive to this location it never takes too long get attendant. One I get my order I’m it take ruffly less than 2 min to get in my hand they are very quick with their service. Would recommend this location.

Every time I come to this Golden Chick, the experience is top notch! The food is always hot, fresh, and made just right—crispy chicken, perfectly seasoned fries, and the rolls? So good. What really stands out, though, is the customer service. Carlos, the GM, is clearly doing an amazing job running this place. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customers and his team. He’s super professional, friendly, and keeps everything running smoothly. Definitely one of the best fast food spots around thanks to him!

Worst I can give, this location, is 1 star. But it’ll never deserve that. For the last YEAR, I’ve watched this location dwindle into the absolute worst Golden Chick, I’ve ever been to. I go because it’s local. But I’d rather travel 15 minutes down the road for the next location. Food is one or the other, cold as ice, or missing. Evidently everybody there is the “shift manager” so be prepared for the run around when you want what you paid for. This location is poorly managed, poorly operated, and not worth the space it takes up. I’d rather it be some dinky Chinese spot than a golden chick. RETURN AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!!

Every thing was great!! The manager, I believe his name was Carlos, attended me & my family. It’s my first time here since we just moved to the neighborhood near by and we LOVE golden chick!! Hope it won’t be the last!!
