I live close to this subway and visit it for a cheap sandwich.
Food is alright, pretty standard for a subway.
Service is good with some employees, **but unfortunately there is a short latina in her 20s who works there on the weekends who is incredibly rude. She will interrupt the person who is making my sandwich and try to hold a casual conversation with them while I am trying to speak my order. She talks right over the top of me – and it’s about non related things! This distracts the employee and forces me to repeat myself numerous times. However, she does not do this when Latinos are ordering. **I am a tall white male, so it’s pretty clear to me that she is making it racial and targeting me with rude behavior because I am white. It wouldnt be the first time unfortunately.
The places is dirty. The bathroom is disgusting. The floors are sticky and the tables aren’t cleaned after use. Pure laziness. Occasionally there will be homeless people tweaking out in the restaurant. Absolutely disgusting.

They took forever to help us and they had about 4 employees. The younger guy and girl were just standing around and not helping the woman in the purple shirt told her to help us and they still didn’t help us. The shorter woman helped us but the food was not great the quality was bad and my bread tasted like cigarette in one corner. And they didn’t put everything well on the bread, everything was spilling over.

With absolutely nothing open for food after 10pm, this place was open and ready to sell some good sandwiches. We had couple subs and were able to take them away to the hotel. Everything else was closed. The staff was very nice and made couple very good subs.

I recently visited this establishment and the employee was very rude, she did not say hello back and ignored me in other aspects. I do not remember her name, but I think it was the manager. I am very sorry that such an employee can be a manager, because she should be an example for other employees. I have no complaints about the fact that it was very slow even though I was the only one in the establishment. And the sandwich was not very tasty, I am more concerned about the attitude of the employees to customers. Bad manager – bad establishment. I will not come here again.

This particular Subway has its act together. The lines very quickly and efficiently even though it gets very busy during lunchtime. It also has outside sitting for a more relaxed feeling.

Ordered food on the app and walked in and decided to dine there. I asked the associate for a water cup and she said, “We don’t have anymore.” However, behind her were white “coffee” cups and when I asked for one of those since they didn’t have any water cups, she told me they were for coffee and didn’t offer something instead. Customer service skills need to be improved at this location.
We also ordered our sandwiches toasted on the app but we got them not toasted. We were already annoyed about the location not having something so simple so we just ate the sandwiches and didn’t bother with asking them to fix our sandwiches. We ended up buying a $3.00 “cup”.
Otherwise, clean restaurant and nice atmosphere.

If you want to experience the world’s slowest subway restaurant, definitely go here. We ordered 6 sandwiches through the app. They put 5 sandwiches and when I told them, they treated me like I was a liar.
