I’m honestly disappointed. I have never had Crumbl cookie before, but now that I’ve had it, I can mark one thing off of my bucket list. Unfortunately, I got the hot cocoa cookie, which surprisingly was hard and cold! Warm, soft cookies are what I expected and for three cookies I paid $16.00 (I got two hot cocoa cookies and one chocolate chip cookie). And my cookie was so hard that I had to eat it with a fork and the knife. And the person who took my order was very unfriendly and stark. I’m good on those. The one star is for the cleanliness because it is Brand spanking new so it really goes without saying. It’s not a great cookie

Decadent to the extreme and packed with flavor. Crumbl cookies are presented beautifully and make an excellent gift for sharing. At this location everyone was friendly and service was efficient. I wish they offered a 4 pack of minis.

Placed an online order while we were at dinner across the highway at 7:45 for a 6 pack of cookies to be ready for pick up at 8:20. Went inside noticed they were very busy (understandable place is still new for our area) wasn’t sure where to go was directed to the order line so I waited there and when it became my turn it was already 8:20 so I said I had pick up order and gave them my name. Lady said they were working on it. Okay no big deal. 10 minutes later someone else asked what the name for the order was so I gave it to them. They said okay just a bit. 15 minutes later someone else approached me and asked me my name for the order. She told me they were boxing it up now. Waited 25 minutes after my pick up time. Total time in store was 45 minutes because I was in the wrong line. I saw several people come in after me get there orders in less then 5 minutes. When I picked up the bottom of the box it felt warm which to me made me think that maybe I had to wait for some of the selection in my box to be baked which is fine however I wish the employees would have said hey we are out of the current selection would you like to wait or pick another flavor. I am usually always very forgiving with foodservice and new places. I will try them again after the newness wears off to give them a second chance. I just hope these cookies are worth the 45 minute wait
