I just completed a weekend retreat with almost 40 people. We supplemented the vegetarian meals served by the retreat center with Vegan entrees at two of the meals. Those we had catered by Dishes by Dani. One was a broccoli and chickpea dish served over rice; the other was a mushroom bourguigon served over mashed cauliflower. Both were very delicious. I’ve been getting occasional entrees or meals from Dani for a couple of years. I’m always impressed and pleased by the freshness of the ingredients and the flavor – Dani is a master at making things taste good! It was a delight to find that she does that magic with vegan entrees, too!

I stopped by for lunch and grabbed a Bacon Brussel Sprout w/Smoked Sausage dish. It was delicious! She had so many great looking dishes and sweet treats in the store when I stopped by. I wanted to buy them all! Definitely would recommend supporting this local business.
