We went to subway after solo ensemble as a treat. We ordered 4 BMT 6 inch subs. The pepper jack cheese had an off color. The lettuce look Wilted. We all took one bite of our subs and decided that was disgusting. Either the cooler is not working or the food on the line is expired. I would like a refund. I would have came back for the refund but we were already on the high way.

In desperate need of competent/properly trained employees and managers, which they clearly lack. For starters, went there once last week at 9:30ish in the morning, their open sign was on but doors locked. Went there today, and while they weren’t busy at all, everyone seemed to be in such a rush to get me out of there. I got rang up before my sub was out of the oven, charged 1.50$ for deluxe when literally everywhere else I’ve ever been charges 1$. The girl who made my sandwich seemed new but was giving instructions to someone else who was actually new, and I had to repeat myself several times. She cut my bread in such a way that my sandwich just fell apart before I took a bite. For whatever reason, when my sandwich was toasted, she carried it by hand across to the oven, instead of on the toaster tray like she was supposed to, and she put all my toppings on in a way that half fell off. Overall, one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a subway, and I don’t plan on going back.

Placed an order online and was trying to call so we could get our dressing on the side and a variety box of cookies because it wouldn’t let a select it on the website (although the description states that you can) and when you call, it doesn’t ring, the “operator” immediately comes on and says that the voicemail box has not been set up yet.
*** I guess I will edit when after I pick up this order but as of right now, its annoying/frustrating. What’s the point of having a phone number?!? Maybe Corporate can add a comment box to the order screen!
**Edit, the employee was able to adjust the cookie order to give us the variety we originally wanted. Which is very appreciated. When asked about the phone the employee apologized and stated that it was a known issue and is being worked on. The store needs a few updates, its a little run down and drafty. With all the new “sub” shops coming in, you think you would step up your game a little…. just saying.

Don’t waste your time! I can’t speak to the quality of the food or service at our Subway because they’re FREQUENTLY closed during their so-called “hours of operation”. I highly recommend going the Silver Grill just South of this place instead!!

We went at 11 in march 11 2024. sign says they open at 10 but open sign was off. Door was unlocked. We walk in employee doesnt acknowledge us or say hi. She is currently making some online orders. Never once said hi or it’d be a minute or nothing. I understand youre probably understaffed and busy but letting customers know you’ll be with them soon or saying hi should be done. It was just uncomfortable standing there in silence no knowing whats going on.

Slow as hell . Only had 2 customers in the place and one guy running it i stood at the counter for 15 minutes while he wahed dishes in the back. Will probably not be back. Imo better service in the ghetto of Detroit and flint .
