I placed a delivery order and after almost an hour I noticed my order was still in “prep”. I called in to make sure it wasn’t a glitch on my app and my order was placed. I spoke with Jimmy who informed me that they did in-fact receive my order, but they were super busy. While having only two people on staff, including himself and a driver, Jimmy took the time to make sure that I knew my order would be fresh and hot when it was delivered. I was in no way worried about this, but him taking the time to laugh, joke, and care to make sure I was at ease regarding my order, even though he was extremely busy spoke volumes. As someone who had worked in customer service for almost 10 years, I can confidently say that employees like Jimmy don’t come around often. 1000/10

I called and placed a future delivery order. I told Cheyenne 3 times to deliver at 3:30p as I was not home. I dropped by my house a little after 2:30p and found both of my pizzas on my front patio, outside, on a dirty table, and one box slightly open. I called and spoke with Cheyenne who offered no apology, and gave me the option to bring them back to the store for replacements. I said that defeats the purpose for the delivery. I asked for a refund, and she began to literally yell at me. I yelled back and she hung up on me. Shortly after, the delivery driver, Jimmy, called me with an attitude. I told him I couldn’t eat food that was sitting outside, and asked for a refund. He, out of the blue, yelled at me, “I’m trying to help you! You Need to calm down!”. I never raised my voice or anything to him. I hung up since I was already on hold with corporate. I spoke with a man at corporate who said he would get the owner to call me and process my refund. That was days ago. Nothing has been done to rectify this. Also, when I opened one of the boxes, the pizza was hard as a rock. Even if it wasn’t left outside for any one or thing to touch, it wasn’t edible anyway. I’m not dealing with this location again.
Update. I sent an email to the person who responded to my post 2 days ago. No response to the email. No call. No contact at all, and most importantly… no refund.

Picked up pizza as soon as it was ready and drove 5 minutes home and you could seriously hammer nails with it. We’ve had a few reasonable experiences with this Dominos but mostly lousy but this one by far takes the cake. You’d be better off eating the cardboard box it comes in. Absolutely ridiculous.

Order placed at 3:35, prepped at 3:37, placed in oven at 4:02, did not box and hand to me until 4:15. Yes, 40 minutes to make a pizza. This location did not used to be this slow, definitely went downhill towards the end of 2025

I have never felt more nickeled and dimed by a restaurant than I did at this Domino’s in Chandler, TX. We ordered wings that were under-sauced and came with no ranch dip (which is standard at other places). The breadsticks also arrived with no dipping sauce — I had to add that separately.
To make matters worse, when my husband went in to pick up our order and asked for the little Parmesan cheese and red pepper packets that are usually complimentary, he was told they would cost extra. There’s no mention of a charge for these anywhere on the menu, and it really left a bad impression.
Between the missing items, lack of sauce, and extra charges for what should be standard, this was a very disappointing experience.

I feel like the manager is trying to save money by not putting the ingredients on pizza. Literally almost in tears when my boyfriend came home with a thin crust bbq chicken pizza with no bbq, no chicken, and no cheese. Just cardboard inside of cardboard. Our last time going to this location. I’ll drive an hour away if I have to.

I can now understand why this Domino’s pizza has the worst reviews. We paid for a large pizza. The manager stood their while his employee gave us a medium pizza. We opened the box before leaving the store. They were all standing looking to see if they gotten away with it. Well, no sir you didn’t. You are an awful manager to allow this. This is why your store has awful reviews.
