I try my best not to leave bad reviews even when I’m not pleased with food at places but I had to share this terrible experience. So I ordered wings and after I got home I noticed the wings were burned heavily! To the point I had black ashes on my fingers from touching em. I called and told them about the wings and told him instead of a refund I’ll just try the turkey tips. He went on to tell me that it would cost more. My wings were a dollar more than the turkey tips and even if the turkey tips costed more you would think you would give the food free of charge to protect your reputation especially after something that was the restaurant fault. He made it free of charge after hearing what I had to say but once I made it to my destination again I encountered another problem. the turkey tips tasted like lighter fluid so I spit it out and smelled it and it smelled like it was poured on the food. Either they didn’t let the fluid soak into the charcoal or they were squirting charcoal on the coal and fire as the food was cooking. Either way it goes it was unacceptable and I wasn’t gone leave a review at first but how do you mess up my food twice in the same night

They really replaced Vee’s for this ??? … Fries taste/look old like they been sitting all day. this supposed to be the (jerk dinner) ….jerk chicken dry and burnt with no flavor “the one piece I did eat the jerk sauce CARRIED that” ♂️ definitely not going back, I coulda took my $12 somewhere else .
