The salmon dish was outstanding from start to finish. Perfectly cooked with a tender, flaky texture, it struck that ideal balance between moist and crisp. The asian seasoning enhanced the natural richness of the fish without overpowering it, and the accompanying avo-wasabi sauce added a bright, complementary finish. Paired with fresh, well-prepared seasonal veggies, the dish felt both comforting and refined. Easily one of the highlights of the PNW, and something I’d happily order again.

This place is surprisingly a hidden GEM. Quiet and tucked away from Downtown Redmond, I never knew this place was around. Very cool and calming lounge atmosphere. The menu is kinda small, but has a decent variety of American, Italian, and Asian dishes. Theres a little bit of everything. The staff there is also SPECTACULAR, especially our bartender Robell!
