Social Profile:

With a passion for creating happy people and our love of coffee, we opened our first drive-thru espresso stand in Ashland Oregon in 1998. The demand for convenient, quality coffee & espresso grew and soon after opening our original location in Ashland, we expanded to surrounding cities in Southern Oregon. The Human Bean quickly established a reputation for having friendly and experienced baristas and offering the highest quality ingredients.

Drive-thru chain serving espresso, coffee, tea, smoothies & kid-friendly beverages.

Bear coffee we’ve had since being in Kennewick,Washington. We’re from Alaska and love strong coffee, and the barista’s today were on point!
Thank you guys.

What’s up with their reward system? It literally sucks. I have bought so many Java chips and I still can’t even get a free one also, it’s flavor is never consistent. They also literally charge for a pup cup which is insane cause they’re drinks are already expensive and I can’t even get whip or water for free

When I stop by, my order is a strawberry banana smoothie and add energy to it.
But recently, I had problems when I order it, that it is not possible to make. But the time before I was able to order it and it’s so delicious! The barista had such a change of tone when I sounded confused. I got a different drink of a blended something energy. Not good. Confused if my drink is a real drink or if a barista is being nice and making it for me. Need to know! It’s my favorite drink ever.

Stopped by The Human Bean for a Caramel Granita (+2 shots) and a Grasshopper Biscotti. Both tasted awesome if you’re a fan of starting your day on the sweet side!

The Human Bean is significantly better than the Starbucks on Clearwater/Ely.

Delicious drinks and I am always happy when Kaetlynn is my barista. So friendly and knows my drink. Also, the app is very user friendly.

Hubby and I went for a mini drive and came across this spot. They are a little shy. However, they did a good job. Really good coffee

It is the best. I discovered it a couple weeks ago. They make my coffee exactly the way I want it and I get a chocolate covered espresso bean every time. Yummy. My new, I’m not going anyplace else, coffee stand.

You all have only been open a week and we have already been multiple times just so we could try more of what you have to offer! Great coffee and the kids love how many flavor choices you have for everything especially little bean smoothies! Your staff is very pleasant and hard working to get our drinks to us because one time we brought the whole extended family! Owners are pretty great too love the family vibe! Have been recommending you to everyone! We will be back as often as we can!

This is my new favorite coffee shop! I’ve tried the “snowy” white chocolate mocha and SF vanilla latte. I don’t like a lot of sweetness and these two drinks were perfect – not too sweet and very smooth coffee flavor. They also have breakfast sandwiches and the egg muffin tasted homemade. Love supporting local:)

Two cars in front of me. Literally a 20 minute wait. Yes they both purchased several drinks. The Human Bean is happy. Maybe they sold 8 or 10 drinks in 20 minutes and only lost one drink in that time. I couldn’t back out after 15 minutes waiting. A car had pulled up behind me. I drove away and lost 20 minutes that I didn’t have to spare.

I will never return and risk waiting 10 to 20 minutes with no way to escape the car in front of me again.
