Food here is delicious! I love the gobi and samosas, but can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Food was great both dine-in and takeout. The owner is also very friendly and welcoming.

After scouring online reviews, we decided to give Maska a try, and it exceeded our expectations The culinary experience was impressive, with standouts like the gobi appetizer, masala chai, and chicken biryani. The chicken khati roll with eggs and green chili was another highlight. The prices were surprisingly affordable, making it an excellent choice for those seeking delicious food at a reasonable cost We’re already looking forward to trying the recommended paneer rice bowl on our next visit

Came here because wife saw it on social media. Google reviews were 5 stars with 157 reviews!! We went and it’s not good at all. Beets Cutlet, gobi manchurian, tawa chicken rice bowl, and roti kanai were all below average. It tasted to me like prepared food reheated.

I wanted it to live up to the hype but it’s sadly mot very good. The service was friendly though!

Every dish tasted so fresh!!! Had a chance to meet one of the owners Ramesh, he mentioned their goal is to serve fresh food because that’s how they like it! That truly tells how serious they are about what they are doing, and they truly care about delivering the best to their customers!
The service was very attentive, kind, and detail oriented.
I loved their vibrant interior, too!! The colors and patterns are uplifting in there!! Bollywood music is cherry on the cake!!!

An Absolute Gem for Vegan & Indian Fusion Lovers!

My wife and I had an unforgettable dining experience at MASKA Indian Vegetarian, and it truly exceeded every expectation from start to finish. We went specifically looking for vegan-friendly Indian fusion, and what we received was nothing short of spectacular.

We ordered the Uttapam and the Veg Vindaloo, and wow—every bite was a celebration of flavor. The uttapam was perfectly crisp on the outside, soft and airy on the inside, and topped with vibrant, fresh ingredients that balanced texture and taste beautifully. It felt both nostalgic and elevated at the same time. The veg vindaloo was rich, bold, and deeply satisfying—spicy in the best way possible, layered with complex flavors, and cooked to absolute perfection. You could tell real care and authenticity went into every element of the dish.

The service deserves special praise—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming without ever feeling rushed. We felt truly taken care of the entire time, which made the evening even more special.

And the aesthetics—stunning. The space is modern yet cozy, with just the right blend of elegance and comfort. It’s the kind of place where you instantly relax and want to linger。

MASKA is not just a restaurant—it’s an experience. If you’re vegan, vegetarian, or simply someone who appreciates high-quality Indian cuisine with a creative twist, this place is a must-visit. My wife and I will absolutely be coming back again and again.

Highly, highly recommended!

This is such a good spot, it might be my new favorite place in Westchester for good Indian. The dishes are well crafted and really unique. We started with the Gobi, which was flavorful and had the perfect light crunch on the fried cauliflower. 10/10 – can’t wait to get it again. Don’t be afraid of it being marked spicy, it was not spicy at all. Then we had the Samosa chat and the Vegetable Madras. Both were very different from each other but equally delicious. The chat was an awesome mix of sweet and savory with a mixture of different flavors and textures. Super delicious. Finally we tried 3 desserts, the Kulfi, Gajar and Kheer. All 3 were excellent, and subtly sweet as is typical in Indian cuisine. Finally I had some chai and my husband had mango lassi. Both were very good and I can’t wait to try the other lassi flavors next time. I hope this place does well as I can see this being a hot spot in Westchester for amazing Indian food.
