I placed an order through the Subway app for the Trousdale Lane location in Nashville, and the experience was unacceptable from start to finish.
The app itself is nearly unusable — it took me almost 20 minutes to place a simple order because of constant glitches and errors. When I finally succeeded, I paid extra for double meat. What I received was not only *not* double meat, but less than what normally comes with a standard sandwich. It felt like I was charged more to be given less.
This is not a minor mistake — it shows a lack of care, consistency, and accountability. Customers should not have to fight with a broken ordering system and then be shorted on what they paid for.
If management at this location doesn’t correct these issues, it will continue to drive customers away. For anyone considering this Subway, I strongly recommend skipping it and going to Jersey Mike’s, Firehouse Subs, or a local deli instead. You’ll actually get the quality, value, and service you’re paying for — something this Subway location seems unwilling or unable to provide.

The workers are simply rude. I went in today to get my mother and I sandwiches for lunch and no one was at the counter at 11:00 am. Worker finally came over after 4-5 mins and opened the cash register to open a roll of coins. No apology for the wait nor did she wash her hands after handling money. I asked for Italian herbs and cheese and was told they only had white bread. Started to explain the sandwiches and she popped off, “What are you wanting?” That was it for me. I simply turned around and walked out. I went somewhere else to grab us some lunch. I told my mother about it and she said she had gone in there one day and the workers were at a table and said they were closed because they were at lunch. What? I scanned the reviews and it seems everyone has the same issue. I get that these are independently owned but Subway needs to try and get their name off this place.

Stopped in for a sandwich and waited a long time for my turn. The girl takes off her right glove but leaves the left one on white handling the customers cash. She looks at me to acknowledge me, I smile, she looks at me blankly. She proceeds to get a new right glove, but never changes the left one. I asked if there were wraps, she said, “No wraps, no flatbread” No apologies. I ordered a 6″ tuna. She proceeded to scoop up tuna with a small plastic fork. I asked if she lost her scoop…she flatly says no and puts three small blobs on my sandwich, not even enough to cover the bread. I asked if I could have more tuna, she said no. I then asked if she could spread it out better and she did so with a hateful glare. She touched my sandwich with the tainted left glove. She said it was the same amount of tuna as two scoops. I have been going to Subway longer than she has been alive and I always get tuna. I know how much tuna is supposed to be on my sandwich and this wasn’t it! I chose to buy the sandwich anyway…I was starving. She rings me up and I tap my card and she walked away. Didn’t hand me my receipt and didn’t put a napkin in the bag. Won’t be stopping here again!

This review is about the Circle K attached to the Subway. When you walk in the building, you see a nicely renovated gas station that is modern and nice. However, I went to the bathroom. Despite the sign about cleanliness, it was nasty. There was no soap, no toilet paper, and no paper towels. There were boxes stacked up everywhere. I went to get help from the attendants and two younger guys were on their phones behind the counter talking with one another giving no concern to the gas station. I asked for soap and they handed me a big bottle. My husband wanted a hotdog but they were all over done. As an owner of a culinary business, I’d be upset because they were not at a point to sell. It was just awful because the attendants were too busy eating their sandwiches behind the counter instead of attending to the store. My husband said there was no soap or paper towels in men’s room either. We should’ve just stopped at a whole in the wall gas station in a random area. All the glitz and glamor of this station was a facade. Management needs to get on these kids behinds or find help that’s going to actually do some work.

went to get a sandwich at 3:30pm and was told she couldn’t make my sandwiches because they are closed because she’s the only worker there? she was sitting in the office eating and playing a computer game… i was the ONLY customer. it takes ONE person to run that subway. so essentially she closed the registers, made herself food (for free) and is now running out the time clock since they technically close at 8. you have a worker literally stealing from you and your customers. furious. this was at 3:30 on Wednesday June 11 in case you wanna find out who it was. ridiculous.

Terrible service. Missed order notes. Forgot cheese. I’ve never had a subway forget the cheese? Order wasn’t ready on time but that didn’t bother me, it was the customer service. I understand it was lunch time so they were probably slammed with orders, all I expect is just to be pleasant. I didn’t complain at all so idk what the deal was. The employee making the sandwiches seemed so incredibly put out by her coworker double checking that she put avocado on my sandwiches (which she did not.) I appreciate that it was caught before I left, and they just gave me two cups – honestly not a big deal. But again – just be nice! There’s a million subways out there, don’t go to this one.

Consistently rude, both ladies on the phone entire time while attempting to take care of customers. I visit almost daily and its the same every day. The toasters both have been broken for two weeks except one day a new professional kind gentleman was able to toast sandwich. Since that day still are broken and have not seen him again. One day they were totally closed and lights out. Run out of bread frequently and I have never seen or met a manager. It used to be much better than this. I like the location because of convenience. I would rather not drive to another location but its looking like its necessary. I spend about $30/wk.
Location is Subway attached to Circle K. 4677 Trousdale Dr. Nashville Tn.

Wow, where do I begin with this abomination of a subway. There was one person working who did not understand English very well so I had to ask for Italian bread four times finally settling on pointing at the case with the bread, and then she said Italian white. After we got the whole bread sorted out Then came the nightmare of ordering this up the number 33 teriyaki blitz. I had to explain several times that I wanted number 33 not three then she started loading it with steak and asked me what kind of cheese. Now I understand some people may want to change the cheese that’s on the sandwich but if you’re getting the sandwich that already has all of the ingredients outlined on the board wouldn’t you just assume that they wanted that cheese and those ingredients For the sandwich that was outlined of what the ingredients were. I told her my cheese, then she looked at me and asked toasted. Again, toasted is listed on the menu as how it’s supposed to come. After it came out of the toaster she asked what else I would like on it. No call me a purist, but once again, I fell back on the ingredients that were listed on the board which maybe she couldn’t read I’m not sure she seemed pretty inept so I had to explain to her what was written on the board. Finally, I get to cash out and it was a different person that while she was there and messing around in the back with different bags of pre-cut ingredients. She only stuck her head out once in a while to ring somebody out while the line grew longer longer into the gas station. she had to ask me what I ordered. I told her check out, walked away, looking for napkins, because of course nobody could bother to refill the napkins anywhere in the gas station or in the subway.

I walked in and no one was behind the counter. Waited about 5 minutes went and found a mapco employee who said they would find the people schedule to be working subway. They finally came out 10 minutes later and said they were on brake. Acted very rude to the customers waiting in line and couldn’t even tell us when their break would be over. Definitely didn’t care about doing their job. Shocked they don’t have enough people to cover the lunch rush without taking breaks in the middle of it.
