It’s just another DQ. Understaffed and over priced for what you get. Seems to be the them of fast food anymore. At one point I had to walking halfway around the counter just to make sure someone was still working and the 2 people didn’t walk out. It was a good reminder why outside ice-cream I only eat at DQ once a year.

Clean and friendly Dairy Queen in New Albany. Safe and enjoyable for the kids. Our food was brought to our table. I don’t know if they always do this, but I appreciate the extra hands. The drive through is usually great and today we are indoors. We’ve had several positive experiences at this location!

Stale, hard, extremely overcooked, inedible & not worth the trip. $13.08 for a single cheeseburger, cheese coney dog & cupfection. Paid at 3:12 pm & was asked to pull forward to wait. At 3:23 pm I had to get out and go inside to find out if I had been forgotten. Then, to add insult to injury, the bun for the cheeseburger was hard and difficult to even chew. Threw it out. Moved on as a loss, decided to eat the cheese coney dog; the hot dog was so overcooked it was physically shriveled up & hard. It looked as if it had been microwaved for 3+ minutes. I hope you can see how overcooked it is in the attached picture. At least now I know why it took 10 minutes for a hot dog & cheeseburger; they were cooking them until extremely well done. The ONLY thing this place got right was the ice cream. Don’t buy food here. It’s stale, hard and inedible. Will not be returning to this location.

Had a real bad hankering for a ice cream, realized there DQ in walking distance. Got the Peanut Butter Puppy Chow Blizzard. Excellent tasting with lot’s of chocolate chips. Dak W suggested that I fill out survey, so I would get free item. Very nice young man, watched the way he interacted with customers and is fantastic. Especially with the kiddos, parents were quite surprised.

I ordered a hamburger and a cheese burger. My gf can’t eat cheese. Lettuce is brown from yesterday. Only two employees present. Took 5 minutes to give order, only to get it wrong. Hire more people. Food looks pathetic.

Horrible horrible service. Went to pick up my daughter birthday cake and this was the writing on it like literally a kid could of written better. Place online order price said 36.59 and was charge when picked up 40.99???? Called to talk to manager and he stated got no control over online prices and was not apologetic. Wow goes to show you what service is these days. How disappointing about the New Albany location!!!
