This Tim Hortons Café and Bake Shop was such a pleasant surprise. The manager was an absolute sweetheart who personally helped us with our order. The shop was very clean and well-stocked, including the bathrooms. It felt open and inviting—definitely the kind of place you’d want to visit for breakfast or lunch anytime. There were even cute Fourth of July decorations, which added a nice festive touch. The coffee was fantastic, with sugar-free sweeteners and dairy-free options available. Just a great all-around stop!

Had a mobile order. As I approached the parking lot I noticed the drive thru line was backed up all the way to the road. I parked and decided I would go in and let the counter person know it wasn’t safe or feasible to join the line. I assumed when the order was ready it would be no problem to just give it at the counter rather than the window. I was in no way trying to cut the line. I would have been perfectly content waiting until the order was complete in the order it was received. However when I asked the person if this was ok the response was an eye roll and a whole lot of unnecessary unprofessional attitude. While waiting I heard him rudely correcting a customer while pointing out the difference in a late and a macchiato. I don’t understand why these people who so obviously don’t belong in the service industry chose to work with the public.

A decent cafe and their coffee is much better than the regular Starbucks.
They have much more bakery products and variety.

Its fine, never have a problem when I come in the evenings or nightime but in the mornings its either okay or honestly a pretty poor experience with getting different food than i ordered, bad service or my drink being made wrong. ♀️
