Kara is one of the best managers I have ever experienced in the food industry. She gets the job done with great an attitude and smile. Not only does she take care of her customers, I can tell she treats her staff just as well. I would always recommend this location simply from karas great customer service skills.

My entire order of 45.00 was wrong! The rice was old and none of the chicken was spicy. The cashier let me know in order to get good rice he’d have to open a full container for 1 order. He also told me although the food is wrong “if you’re looking for a refund i am not able to issue one”. The cook had his fist balled and was very rude. No food was correct or fresh, do not recommend. The manager had notes typed out to employees to not touch anything on her desk, very concerning that customers can see the tension from a manager who wasn’t present.

7:00pm. Ordered in drive through at 6:33pm. I’m typing this as I’m waiting. “Tenders are coming”. Did we just de head the chicken too?? Is this why Chic Fil A closes on Sundays?? Hopefully I can enjoy some chicken soon.

Was in the area and thought we would give this location a shot. Surely if it’s anything as like the one on precinct and 183 it should be good or at least decent.
This place is just upsetting. Ordered a family pack, side of fries, mash and gravy, and jalapeño poppers. They didn’t have 8 poppers so instead gave 6 with one being broken with nothing in it. Rolls dry as hell. Fries looked and tasted like they’ve been frying in old oil and soggy. Gravy was lumpy. Chicken was subpar. I asked for 8 zing packets. Didn’t even know they charged for zing packets and once home saw it was $0.39 per packet only to find out they left it out… $30+ down the drain. It was so bad we just decided to throw everything away. I now see what all these other reviews were talking about. The kid working was nice at least. Go to this location at your own discretion and wish for the best.

Google and App showed open on New Year’s Eve around 8pm. Took my money and order, wasted half an hour showing up to see the lights off and the store completely empty. Would do 0 stars if I could considering I’m down $30 and half an hour of my time for something I never got.

Golden Chick has great chicken. Even though it was small and attached to a convenience store/ gas station it was really tasty. The girl working was really friendly and attentive. Got our food in about 10 minutes, Piping hot! Yum… fried okra. Didn’t care for their cole slaw, but that’s the only side of theirs I haven’t liked. Best rolls ever.

10/28/2025 7:00pm Okay now let me say.. the most unprofessional, lazy no excuse of a location. WHO IS IN CHARGE HERE? I will wait to be contacted. When I ordered tonight. “We don’t have 10 strips” so I agreed 1/2 fried 1/2 baked. Got to the window “we don’t have mashed potatoes” so I asked “what do yall have?” The “man” at the window looked OVER MY CAR to blatantly Not look me in the eyes. 2nd time this location “doesn’t have” several basic items on the menu. Contacting higher up’s per Linkedin. How does a newer built chain restaurant have 2.7 out of 163 reviews?! That is completely unacceptable. Hire a new team. Or sell it, so we can get ACCESS TO DRIVE THROUGH MEALS here in Euless for ourselves & family. I am requesting a manager of location reach out.

Not sure why the other location closed just north of this one, as this location should be shut down. Placed a mobile order one evening around 7 pm on a weekday, only to drive to the location to discover that it was closed. I tried to reach out to corporate with no response. The times that I have gotten food from this location have been hit and miss. Good sometimes, others, not so much.

But the catfish dinner for 9.99 is not worth it
The fish was cooked fresh but when received my order the catfish was the sizes of nuggets by the way they look they take a whole catfish filet and divide it in fours than sell them
It’s ridiculous how us consumer allow ourselves to be ROBBED by these restaurants for the convenience of quick meal SMDH
