Ordered 3 giant subs to get home and find a very long hair in one of our sandwiches with the meat literally hanging off of it! It was absolutely disgusting to the point we threw all our sandwiches out. Very disappointed.

The young men working here were extremely nice and kind…one helped a lady get her order to the car as it was a lot.
I only went 4 stars on service because they weren’t very fast.. I waited a long time and the they almost put three people in front of me. Over all, a good visit.

Nice, new Jersey Mike’s. The inside is new and clean looking. Hopefully it stays this way as it continues to age. Typical Jersey Mike’s subs. I didn’t have any issues ordering via the app and getting everything as I ordered it. The service was friendly, even though I didn’t really interact with them too much since I ordered on the app. They still addressed me when I entered and told me my sub was still being made. I went at a not so busy time, so my sub was made in a decent amount of time. They had plenty of different chips and drinks available. The parking lot is a little small, but I don’t think it gets too full. I don’t like exiting out of the main drive to turn left, so I just go around the back of the building and you can exit to 14 with a traffic light. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the men’s restroom didn’t have soap or the soap dispenser was broken. Either way, I wasn’t too sure how the male employees were washing their hands with no soap available. Now, most of the employees I saw that day were female, so hopefully their soap worked. And they wear gloves, but it still would’ve been reassuring to have soap available in the restroom. I thankfully didn’t get sick, so I guess it all worked out okay.

Ordered 2 sandwiches. Both were selected as giant. We got the order and one was a regular and one was a giant so we had to go back and get the other half to the sandwich. Made customizations to one of the sandwiches and they didn’t follow it at all. Asked for no bacon and they put bacon on anyways. Asked to add pepperoni and salami and they didn’t do that either even though there was a note on the bag saying to add it. They said they didn’t put it on because it was extra meat. Would’ve paid at the store for the extra meat if they told us then or they should have an option online when ordering to add what we want to the sandwich. HIGHLY do not recommend this place.

I love the jersey mike’s brand. In this location sometimes the teens working are distracted and confused. plenty of staff but not great at managing what’s happening in front of them all the time.
