This place is the closest to us. The owners are super nice and always friendly. The only setback is that they don’t accept any coupons or deals from the app. So, we always spend more than the norm. And for that reason, we skip this place whenever we can.

I ordered online, but they messed it up and added spinach. I’m allergic to spinach, but instead of remaking it, the employee just picked the spinach out and told me it was fine. I kept asking for a new one, and they refused until we argued for a while. The attitude was terrible—I don’t get why they’d hire someone like that.

Very disappointed I didn’t bring my wallet I was able to collect to pay I was short 20cnts and lady didn’t let da pass but 3 days ago we came and she suggested get a drink and chips it’s cheaper for you she said
I highly doubt that but we still got the combo and the chips like she suggested

A giant suggestion that it will improve more clients walking in this premises is

The owner needs to hire new people and not let the owners family work this place because in the long run I see not one soul coming back

I came in to pickup my online order with my friend and two older ladies were our server. We ordered two spicy nacho steak, mine had veggies while my friends did not. The servers were giving us attitude when picking up and got angry at us for sitting down while waiting for our food. After going home and opening our sandwich, we noticed that both had lots of vegetables and neither were toasted as instructed. We also noticed that we were missing cheese and only had two small pieces of steak on each sandwich. Overall the sandwich was terrible and the service was even worse.

My meal was not great. I got a footlong flatbread took a bite tasted like chemicals or soap.Went back and told them it tasted like chemicals or soap. The lady there made me an another sub this time different bread. But during that she told me it could be because I don’t like the bread I get flatbread all the time. I got home took a bite and again tasted like chemicals or soap.I Read up on why bread would taste like this. there are multiple things that could have gone wrong with making the bread 1.) yeast contamination 2.) too much baking soda was used
3.) old ingredients and 4.) rising too fast.

Had a very bad experience here at this store. I was trying to send a complaint on their website but that’s a headache.
And the only reason I am writing this is for no one else will get this type of service.
I’m trying to order and some one finally helps me out. But at the same time he’s explaining to his coworker about his duties that night. As he’s making my sandwich he pauses here and there to talk to his coworker. And he even used some cuss words. I just wanted a sandwich not to hear someone complaining about their job duties. This employee looked young he doesn’t get it. I myself look young but I am not. Maybe he felt comfortable idk. After I got my order the first thing I said to myself was ‘ I need to complain. Such a horrible experience. Never in my life had I ever had a bad experience at Subway. I never been to this location either. I really hope no one has to go through what I’ve experienced.

The associate was a little off. I ordered a new sandwich (steak and teriyaki). She asked what I wanted on the sandwich. I replied everything but what I meant was everything it comes with, it’s a new item. I wanted to experience the sandwich the way it was originally meant to be experienced. She was polite and making more than my order.
