I had a really nice experience at Fancy Sushi Thai. The restaurant felt clean and comfortable, and the staff were very welcoming from the moment we walked in. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and quick to help, which made the whole dining experience even better.
I ordered the sushi bento box, and the presentation was beautiful. Everything looked fresh and colorful. The sushi and sashimi were very fresh, especially the salmon and tuna. The texture was soft and the flavor was clean.
The California roll was simple but well balanced with creamy avocado and good rice. I also really enjoyed the baked seafood rice with avocado—it was warm, slightly cheesy, and had a nice savory flavor that paired really well with the sushi.
The tom kha soup was hot and comforting, and it was a great way to start the meal.
Overall, the portions were generous and the quality was great for the price. The combination of delicious food, nice presentation, and kind staff made the experience even better.
I would definitely come back again and recommend Fancy Sushi Thai to anyone looking for fresh sushi and great service.

Tried this place for the first time last night. Very good sushi. My favorite roll was the “bagel roll” with salmon and cream cheese. My daughter loved the mango bubble tea. My son had a spicy ramen stir fry which was very very good too. The staff was friendly, we will be back!

This is the third time that we have come back to this specific place for their Mango Sticky Rice. It is absolutely amazing! I had to adjust the score to five stars. We live more than an hour away. It’s well worth the trip just for this dish.

Their Thai food is quite amazing! Fresh & delicious with a hint of smokiness that completes each dish. The sushi was good but a bit lacking on flavor. Too much sauce on one of the rolls.

The appetizers were very fresh and stuffed and delicious, we had the curry puffs and crab rangoon. For the lunch main courses, the beef Thai ramen, orange chicken and sushi special spicy roll combo were the best! For dessert you can’t beat the mango sticky rice!

After driving by this place many times I finally stopped in on a Friday night and I’m so happy I did! I wish I would have taken pictures to post but I’m the worst with taking photos lol. The food looked and taste so good! Ended up trying the coconut roll, omg roll, pad Thai, crab Rangoons, and avocado salad. I seriously can’t say enough about the service. They are just genuine people and I really really wish them so much success, they deserve it. Lake Orion is lucky to have this place. Can’t wait to try more menu items!

I usually go Sala Thai, but could not get through to them, so I tried Fancy Sushi and Thai. Fancy’s prices are a bit higher, but the quantity and quality of the food from Fancy made it well worth it. The food was flavorful and fresh. My wife’s Pad Pak had many fresh vegetables. My Pad Thai was fantastic. I have found a new Thai source. Sorry Sala, you have been replaced.

Definitely the best Thai food Ive had in the Lake Orion area. Spice level was wonderful and the Chili oil at the table was 10/10 spice and flavor. New favorite Thai place to get after work and will recommend to all my friends and family.
